This was our first stay in Treetops and we were not disappointed and will most certainly be returning. The lodge is on an elevated position just a short walk from Aberfeldy with the most amazing mountain views. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay and enjoyed breakfast on the deck most mornings and were treated to lovely sunsets as we enjoyed a drink or two. it was nice to put the log burner on at night just to take the chill off. The lodge we found to be spotlessly clean and well equipped and so bright and airy with all the glass windows. i loved the electric blinds. it wa...more
The Stables was a great place to stay. A lot of thoughtful touches from the host. Lovely view from the veranda. All very clean and comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. Will return!
This was our second stay at Hawthorn Cottage. We had fabulous weather so could enjoy the garden that is fully enclosed so great for the dogs. Walks are straight from the door so no need to use the car. This is a lovely area of Scotland. Jenny and Trevor are great hosts. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished and well equipped. We are already planning our third stay!
We were joined by two families and there was plenty to do for all ages. Lovely kitchen to cook in. Views stunning (enhanced by warm, sunny weather). Enjoyed Birks of Aberfeldy walk, Crannog Centre and watching kayaking in Grantly.
We had a lovely few days at Sona Brae. Had an issue with the lock at first but phoned the contact number we had and was giving some pointers which worked. Kitchen was well equipped and lodge has a luxury feel to it, the electric blinds where great. . Views were stunning and area was very peaceful. Aberfeldy was a short walk and area is dog friendly. Our dog loved his holiday especially watching the pheasants roaming about just outside the lodges. Although the door was a bit of a pain we would definitely go back.
We had another lovely stay in Dunolly Cottage with our dogs in February 2025. We previously stayed in 2022. The cottage is cosy and comfortable and has everything that you would need for a break away. It’s an ideal Cottage to take dogs to. The garden is enclosed and secure. There are lots of nice walks nearby. There is a porch where you can change shoes, get dried etc before going into the house. There is access to a large locked shed at the side of the house which would make the cottage a great base for a group of up to 6 cyclists.
A great October stay with the family. The house is comfortable, cosy and well-equipped. We love the view of Loch Tay. There are loads of things to do and see locally. Angela’s customer service was very good. We look forward to returning.
Such a lovely home in a perfect location for exploring. Spotlessly clean and perfect for what we needed. We would have preferred more comfortable seating in the lounge area given I am recovering from surgery but this didn't stop us relaxing in the evenings.
Fantastic property, excellent amenities, highly recommend We have been renting the property on a 10 day shift basis for several months and cannot fault the cleanliness and homely feel. The lads love staying in a home away from home. Ease of booking and communication from Angela at Highlands Perthshire Holiday Homes is exceptional
What a find! “Craigard” is a fabulous house, so comfortable and very warm, even in December. The open plan upstairs lounge/dining room/kitchen area is unbelievably spacious with the most incredible views over Loch Tay. The house is extremely well equipped and we will definitely return soon.
We recently had the pleasure of returning to staying at this fantastic cottage and was thoroughly impressed. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was ideal, providing stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. It's the perfect getaway spot, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Excellent in every way! Can’t wait to return!!
Lovely and quiet location a short distance from the road and easy to get to. Very tidy cottage overlooking woodlands. Two very comfortable bedrooms both with en-suite. Comfortable sitting room with decent height chairs. We were lucky with the weather with rain at night. Close to Highland Safaris which us a must. Amenities in Aberfeldy were good and the drive to Pitlochry was pleasant and not too long. Perth not too far away with good shopping. Edinburgh only 2 hours away. Will definitely come back.
