Lovely house well equipped and comfortable Daniela was very helpful would definitely stay again . Suggestion decking round the hot tub and a boot box and boot pull for keeping the house clean . Also a mop and bucket would be helpful.
Vale Farm offered our extended family a beautiful, comfortable place to stay whilst we attended a family wedding in nearby Brecon. Danielle was great accommodating a delivery of medical equipment ahead of our visit for which we were very grateful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to people looking for a family friendly countryside getaway.
Great stay lovely views the cottage has everything you could think of needing for the weekend , enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and using the swimming pool even had the pool to ourselves which was great, staff very friendly and a relaxing stay ! Did struggle to get the bath and shower water hot , and had a problem with closing a door on the cottage but otherwise all good would definitely recommend
This is the third time we have stayed at Vale cottages. This time we were in a smaller cottage but it had everything we needed. Danielle is so helpful and even supplied additional bedding for the sofa after our children decided they couldn’t share a bed! Great location. We were with a party of 14 and the space was great.
This is our third time staying at Vale farm. Oak is a fantastic property whether rain or shine with its elevated position! This time it was sunny and we made full use of the fantastic facilities available - the park was a real hit for the kids andbeing able to use the Pool at no extra cost is a real perk! And the views from the hot tub are brilliant! Often you will see the farmer in the distant fields with the animals and it seems that the fields go on for miles. We stayed in Walnut for the weekend in April and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was in a stunning location with views accross the fields to Pen y Fan and Corn Du and lots of local wildlife - Red Kites flying in the fields close to the cottage were a real treat. The cottage was well equipped, beautifully presented and very dog friendly. Danielle was helpful and welcoming. We will definately stay here again. This was by far the best cottage we have stayed in.
Lovely, peaceful location. No noise / light pollution and superb for stargazing at night. Kids had a great time in the pool and our dog who was extremely happy there too. Will definitely consider returning to the area and using as a base to explore Brecon Beacons.
