15 of us stayed at Vale Farm in two cottages to celebrate a 60th birthday party! What an amazing family weekend we had. Danielle was very accommodating. We spent most of the weekend exploring the farm, swimming and relaxing! The perfect place for a family getaway!
We stayed here with my Arab stallion as we were participating in the ManVHorse. It was such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for both us humans and for Sandy (horse), we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others, as well as stay there again if we are in the area again.
We stayed in Rowan for 3 nights with our family. A beautiful, peaceful location. Danielle was lovely and really helpful with any issues we had. A great base for adventures in the Brecon Beacons.
Enjoyed the stay there. Lovely rooms as expected. Made use of pool and jacuzzi. We will stay there again. (The Welsh cakes were delish by the way) As it's self-catering we were not sure about what we should bring, as we're not experts at self catering: even though some toilet roll was provided on request. But apart from that, everything was tops. Please tell perspective clients they need to bring: Salt/Pepper & Toilet Tissues - as these are not provided. PS: Lovely hosts.

An exceptional stay at Vale Farm Cottages in the Brecon Beacons! We recently spent one night here with close friends as a family of six, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed, offering plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy each other's company. The lady who runs the property was friendly and welcoming, and the views were lovely. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay overall. On arrival, we were told the toilet flush was missing and hadn’t been fixed, so we had to manually push down two prongs inside the toilet with our fingers to flush it. The shower also kept cutting out and would then come back on boiling hot. The rooms looked quite tired and the sofas were stained.
