I stayed at Stucktaymore with a large group of friends for a relaxing break - to play games, watch films, go for walks, and cook dinners for one another. We were looking for a place that was spacious enough that we could split into seperate groups easily, with a table large enough to comfortably seat more than twenty, and located away from any built-up areas. Stucktaymore ticks all those boxes. It's also a gorgeous property, with incredible views - easily the best we have stayed at.

I hired Stucktaymore for a Well Rested Woman Retreat I was running. The venue met all my expectations and more! From initial communications and visiting the property, communication on the run up to the retreat then the property itself. The property is well maintained and in excellent condition throughout. The kitchen was so well equipped our chef was in heaven! On arrival our guests were delighted with their rooms and there is lots of room for everyone to find a space to relax. The gardens and views to the loch were incredible. It's really my ideal venue and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend whether for a retreat, celebration or family gathering. You really are in good hands with the team at Stuckgowan Estates.

When we arrived we were met by Connor who introduced himself and showed us round explaining everything we needed to know about heating, kitchen appliances hot tub etc nothing was too much bother 25 of us stayed for 4 nights and all i heard was good comments all in all a great place to celebrate a birthday We would have no hesitation going back thanks again Derek

That perfect house in the perfect location for a big family celebration.
Beds exceptionally comfy
The only negative thing would be that some of the rooms would benefit from improving the shower set up. My husband is 6ft 1 and he did not fit under the shower. Having the shower head connected to the tap, it wasn’t high enough for him. I also struggled to fit under it and I’m 5ft 7 Overall though it was a fabulous house, we enjoyed so much we have booked it again.

We booked Stucktaymore for a joint 70th birthday party for a week. We had 29 guests staying over the weekend and between 12 -16 staying during the week. The house is simply stunning. The views are breathtaking. We had everything we could want for our event and created amazing memories we will cherish forever.

Thank you to Sammie, Connor, and John for making our stay so brilliant. They responded immediately to any issue we had and even jump-started our car on the last morning, which had developed a flat battery.

Also, a special shout-out to the industrial dishwasher! (one of six in the house) The menfolk in our party loved this gadget. I won't go as far as to say they fought over the washing up, but it was a brilliant way to make light of clearing up!

Chef Theodore Chana and his team were superb. The meal they served on Saturday night was one of the highlights. I highly recommend

What a lovely week we had with our family at Stucktaymore! Everything was just perfect and all that we hoped for. The house itself is incredible with so many rooms, each bedroom having its own wonderful bathroom. We gathered in the kitchen, played on the lawn, picked apples, threw rocks on the water, danced in the party room, gathered in the hot tub, roasted marshmallows at the fire pit, cooked family dinners every night, played games and on and on and on...Lots to see and do in the area: Jeep rides, castle visits, hiking, fishing, sightseeing in other towns and villages. It was a fabulous vacation and we loved Stucktaymore, Connor, Sammie and John, thank you so much for the memories!

This is a fantastic house for a large group celebration. It’s very well equipped and we had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful stay. Staff keep the house in immaculate condition and are only a phone call away if you have any questions.
The location is amazing with spectacular views in all directions and the grounds are beautiful for a stroll. If you book this house, you won’t be disappointed. Hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Stucktaymore. A truly unforgettable experience. Sammie & Conor are lovely hosts and made us very welcome and at home. They had really thought of everything to make our occasion run like clockwork. The house is incredible with spectacular views of the loch and surrounding mountains; it is also close to local beauty spots such as the falls of Dochart. We’ve just spent an amazing week at Stucktaymore Manor with family and friends. It’s an awesome place where they have thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The bedrooms are stunning, as is the living space. Plenty of space to mingle together or have a quiet moment.

Sammie was incredibly helpful in assisting and organising things locally and answering questions before we arrived and again once we were there. John, the goundsman, was also superbly helpful during our stay. along with Sharon met us on arrival and expertly showed us around the house explaining how everything works.

We took advantage of all the facilities, including an amazing evening round the fire pit in the garden, dancing in the party room, numerous wonderful meals in the dining room and being entertained with some super piano playing.

We attended the local firework display in Killin on New Year’s Eve after having a delicious dinner at the Falls of Dochart Inn, the fireworks were spectacular. We also enjoyed the ceilidh on New Year’s Day evening in Killin Village Hall, excellent event and great fun.

It is a special place supported by special people to make a truly memorable holiday.

A huge thank you for everything and a great way to start the year.

I booked Stucktaymore for my fiance 40th birthday and we had family and friends traveling from all corners of the world to be there.

Not only was this a special occasion for my fiance, but this was the first occasion some of our close friends and family were meeting one another. To summarise this trip it was absolute perfection... the house, the location, the support, the attention to detail...

We managed to fit in a fancy dress party, water sports, a piper, a hike, a private chef evening whilst we were there. It was truly the holiday of a lifetime surrounded by those closest to us!

John, Sammie and Connor - were brilliant! There to help us on arrival to set up decorations for the house and any questions we had, they were there!

Leaving Stucktaymore was difficult, but we absolutely will be back, as we have now set a new family and friends tradition that we hope will last for years to come!

Stucktaymore provides just about anything you could want for special occasions - a large range of amenities and activities are at your disposal and it's location on the edge of Loch Tay makes it accessible for any excursions whilst providing a great deal of privacy. Amanda and Connor ensured our stay at the property was as comfortable as possible and were easy to contact for queries throughout there week. This was some folks' second stay at Stucktaymore and they enjoyed it as much as they did the first time around.

We had approximately 20 people staying over. The house and grounds contained everything we needed. Spacious enough but also cosy enough. Every single person went away without a complaint of any sort. The house again was wonderful ;
However when we arrived no matches or firelighters for the fires ; no batteries for candle lights which was a bit short-sighted ; coffee machine didn't work but handy man provided a replacement at short notice
Hot Tub was not hot enough - couldn't use first night had to increase temperature ; pool table cues are not very good - could do with replacements - the pool table is a nice thing to have and guests do enjoy playing so you really need the right tools including chalk

We are an immediate large family. Our 6 children and their spouses and 18 grandchildren were all accommodated beautifully in this stunning house with wonderful grounds and views. We were celebrating a 5th & 40th Birthday and the house was perfect and had everything we could ask for, perfect rooms for celebrating, bar, party room, games room. Also lovely relaxing cosy rooms for when our friends & family wanted a quiet moment, the library, snug, cinema room. The views of Loch Tay are stunning and we really enjoyed exploring the local area during our stay. Plus all the housekeeper was super helpful on arrival and during our stay if we needed anything or had questions. Had the best time and would highly recommend.

A truly spectacular house the owners have thought of everything you could ever possibly need. Impressive views - comfortable lounge areas - the secret library and a super well equipped kitchen. The sonos system is a little temperamental but not a major issue.

Stunning, amazing , perfect. Stucktaymore was everything I hoped for to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and friends. The lodge is perfect in every way with beautiful views to Loch Tay. I had been planning my stay for nearly two years and it didn't disappoint. We all had an absolutely amazing time. There is so much space for everyone and the hot tub was very popular. Even the weather was perfect with sunny blue skies !. We hired Kevin and Ann from Velvet Cuisine who produced lovely meals and a superb celebratory dinner. I was sad to leave as it felt like home. Stucktaymore is a very special place that has given me some beautiful memories to cherish. I hope we can return one day.

I booked Stucktaymore for a second time for my business retreat. I wasn’t disappointed and I knew I wouldn’t be.

The house has got more than you could ever need, I even did all my washing before I left so when I got home I just unpacked!

This time I made sure we used every room, we enjoyed a rocky horror night in the cinema room, a karaoke night in Capercallie, we meditated in the bar (due to the rain) and played pool! There was so much room to work and relax and everyone was blown away.

The location is what really makes this place so magical. The gardens are gorgeous, we spent time around the fire pit, telling stories and drinking hot chocolate. We went for a dip in the loch at 7am and took in all the nature.

One of my guests just cried when she first walked out onto the balcony and took in the view.

The service is brilliant, the process of booking, staying and leaving is seamless.

We will be back in 2024 xx

I have just spent my 40th Birthday at Stucktyamore and had the best time. The house is beautiful and perfect for any celebration or just for a break away for a multigenerational family.

We rented the house for one week and had friends over for the weekend and family during the week. We arranged for a mid stay laundry change and house clean and the owners were super accommodating. We met the cleaning team a few times and they were so friendly and did an excellent job.

The pictures you see of the house don't do it justice until you are actually there. The views over the loch are stunning and the house is extremely well looked after. I liked the fact there was enough space so people didn't feel on top of each other.

I had multiple nights celebrating with dinners, fancy dress parties, and of course a bit of dancing and karaoke in the disco room.

Whilst you're staying in Loch Tay make sure you pay a visit to the Hot Box Spa at Taymouth Marina, fantastic experience but make sure you book well in advance as it pre books months in advance.

We stayed at the facility on loch Tay for 3 nights to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. We are Scottish so no how nice that area of Scotland can be particularly when the weather is great.
The house was spotless when we arrived and the location is absolutely magnificent. Gardens and ground very well kept and the staff( Lorraine) were particularly special. Lorraine was very attentive, patient due to us having 5 grand children in tow, and actually very nice and easy to get along with and made use feel very much at home there.
We also hired the services of a personal chef ( Nelson) and his food and attitude was wonderful.
It was a bit pricey , but I only had 7 adults and 5 kids, so the arithmetic was always going to be challenged.

Stunning. Beautiful. Magical.
Stucktaymore delivers against these for sure but goes so much further, providing memories that will stay with us and our guests for years to come. Every aspect has been checked and polished such that when you arrive, you and your guest are simply blown away! So many places to chill, places on site to visit and enjoy… it simply doesn’t stop. When you leave, you will be exhausted; you will return him and sleep happy dreams!
Loraine and John are your safety net for any questions or problems and they are local so you are looked after very well. The house is so well stocked that if you didn’t find something then you’ve not looked well enough -it really does have everything! We found that out!!
We used Geranium and Thyme for our Saturday night catering. They supplied front of house and the meal had been agreed some weeks ahead. It went without any hitches what-so-ever. The meal itself was simply spot on, everybody loved it, and the delivery was superb. We were their 2nd gig of the day but you’d have never have known… we had their entire attention and words alone can’t convey how wonderful they were. They in turn had dovetailed into a production (an ‘allo ‘allo murder mystery) from the Walking Theatre Company. That was so special and made our Saturday evening one to remember. Sadie, Rebecca, David and Chris had us rolling with laughter, participating in song, and enjoying every precious minute of the evening. This is what great memories are made of….great entertainment, great food, great company.
It would be remiss to add that we sourced some very special bacon and salmon from Piggery Smokery of Alford. Mark and Sue Reynold went way beyond for us and supplied the most exquisite dark dubhloch bacon and beetroot smoked salmon… small details maketh the experience and their bacon salmon provided the perfect start to each day and Sunday Brunch.
I can’t recommend Geranium & Thyme, Walking Theatre Company, Piggery Smokery and last but definitely not least, Stuck Taymore enough. They all contributed to make a special weekend the subject of dreams.

This place is just magnificent! The views are stunning, the home is well appointed and cozy. There wasn't a single thing we required that was not available. The kitchen has everything you could think of. The rooms are inviting with comfortable furniture and myriad throws and pillows scattered about for snuggling up by a fire or group movie night. The bedrooms have lush bedding and our whole group raved about the water pressure and the showers. The grounds are stunning, the trails and walk to the loch make for a perfect morning or after meal walk.

We recently booked this house for my hen do! It was out of this world fantastic, the house was set up perfectly for such a big group of us, we all got to sit around one table and have our meals, dance the night away in the disco room and enjoy amazing views of the loch the next morning having a catch up! We all had an amazing time staying at Stucktaymore. It was an easy process booking for the weekend. The house manager Susan and house keeper Loraine were both very helpful and available to answer any questions I had. Loraine was super accommodating and help us out with our food deliveries and getting the house ready for our arrival. This is my second time of using the property for a group retreat. The property is very well maintained and looked after. Loraine the house manager is always available for any queries. This year she put me in touch with a couple of talented brothers who played the bag pipes and the piano. I would highly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble for her. We were thrilled with our stay at Stucktaymore.
The property lived up to your online photos, it's beautiful and it met our expectations for comfort and spaciousness. The setting is idyllic, the sheep on the hillside bleated periodically, the weather was summertime comfortable (while the rest of Europe baked under 38 - 40 degree temperatures). The kitchen facilities are excellent, and well used our family and by Joanne of Geranium and Thyme, one of your recommended caterers. We were very happy with her creative meals. One thing that could be improved is that the swallows be trained to not poop on the front windows (LOL); they are great entertainment as we sat on the deck, which is where we spent much of our time. Your property is ideal for a family gathering like ours - plenty of private rooms, and inviting common areas. We appreciated the availability of games like chess, the children made good use of their room and toys, the boots you provided were gratefully used to go down and explore the lake shore. We discovered the songbook in the library quite late in our visit, but made good use of the piano for other songs. Thank you for the well stocked library.

Words can hardly express the transformation we felt when we entered Stocktaymore.
The elegance of the property and the beauty of Loch Tay are mesmerizing.
We were lucky enough to have the amazing Chef Nelson Reposo for our entire stay and every meal was incredible! He is not only talented as an excellent chef but also delightful to work with.
The grounds of Stocktaymore are absolutely pristine and the gardens were filled with fresh herbs.
It is the perfect location to host just about anything. For us it was completely magical.

This house is just gorgeous and SO RELAXING! While the original portion of the home is quite old, it's been restored and is not incredibly comfortable. The rooms are so cozy so that if you have the inevitable Scottish shower, there are plenty of places to curl up with a good book. The kitchen is nice and modern and incredibly well stocked - so large groups never run out of plates. The grounds are stunning and I miss waking up to the sounds of the sheep. We were a group of close family and friends from England, who stayed in Stucktaymore for a week and held our Granddaughters wedding here, it couldn’t have been more perfect, in the most beautiful setting with amazing views. Taylor was able to choose exactly how she wanted it to look, rustic, yet still elegant, and with the help of an incredibly talented florist who draped beautiful fresh garlands to the stairs and handrails outside, made a beautiful aisle and wedding arch on the front lawn, along with many other personal touches, it was the perfect venue to hold a wedding. We also used one of the recommended chefs and the meal was absolutely superb.

Taylor & Jonny couldn’t have been happier with their dream wedding, even the rain showers didn’t spoil anything, and of course the house itself was just fantastic, and made everything even better by spending more time with family and friends instead of just the one day. With so many rooms, everything you could possibly need and more, a massive credit to the housekeeper Loraine, and John, the groundsman, who keep the house immaculately clean, comfortable and so cosy. They’re so friendly and accommodating, nothing at all is a bother to them and only a phone call if you had a problem.

We will never forget our amazing week spent here, with so many wonderful happy memories, one of them being, the kids running through the forest on an Easter egg hunt, the adults loved it as much as the kids did. Many a night we all congregated in the games room for pool tournaments, so much fun and laughter, and great seeing everyone so happy and enjoying themselves.

Since we returned home, everyone has said they’ve really missed all being together, and that it was one of the best experiences they’ve ever had and the most beautiful wedding they’ve attended. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, there’s literally something for everyone and really hope to return one day.

Thank you to Susan for the outstanding communications and arranging visits prior to the wedding, she answered so many of my questions so quickly and efficiently and played a part in everything running as smooth as it did on the wedding day. I’m hoping to post some photo’s of our unforgettable time here.

Our family, all 27 of us plus babies have just returned from a truly memorable week staying at Stucktaymore, a beautiful house, furnished to the highest standard, with everything anyone could possibly wish for AND in the most spectacular setting.
We enjoyed every minute - wakeboarding on the loch, climbing Ben Lawers, golfing at Killin Golf course and watching our wedding and christening films from 61 years ago, from the comfort of the media room.
Everyone loved the hot-tub, lying back in the warm water with the sun beating down and surrounded by snow capped mountains.
The disco room was a huge success with the young ones - and they loved the karaoke!
The older men (80 plus years) enjoyed the pool table and the library.
Another highlight was one evening exploring the Fairy Trail on our way to the fire-pit for a barbecque.

You are only 40 once and for my 40th I wanted to up the standards, I had 12 friends I needed to find accommodation for so we needed a big house, when I first came across Stucktaymore I knew it was the venue I wanted. The venue appeared to be very popular and I had to act quickly to secure my spot and its not surprising because the house is amazing. Susan Reid was very helpful answering all my questions and helping me organise the weekend.
Within our group of 12, we travelled from all over the UK to get to Stucktaymore and everyone was impressed upon arrival. Everyone got a luxury room with en-suite. I got to the house first and it took myself and one friend, half an hour of deliberating to decide which was the best bedroom in the house, ha ha, but even those who arrived last were impressed with their bedroom options.
Whether loch side or mountain side there is a beautiful view to be had. The house literally has everything you could possibly need; we stayed from the Thursday to the Sunday and we still couldn't use all the facilities the house offered. Our Saturday consisted of a lie in in a comfy bed, followed by climbing nearby mountain Ben Lawers, followed by hot tub to rest our weary legs (and some beers), a whisky tasting later afternoon and then dinner cooked by private chef Mark Heirs (which was delicious), followed by more drinks round the firepit (we got a sunny dry weekend in early March), followed by pool and disco and then we finished the night off in the TV/Entertainment room where some people happily fell asleep on the comfy couches. What more could you ask for!
The bar has been raised now and I think we'll struggle to find anywhere better, so we will just have to come back again!

Just returned from a fabulous few days spent at Stucktaymore celebrating New Year in style.
Very helpful and easy booking process with Susan keen to ensure we had the best experience. House was spotless on arrival which is thanks to housekeeper Lorraine who keeps the house in pristine order throughout.
Christmas tree and fairy lighting in public rooms made the house very festive for us.
We arranged for a private chef to cook for us on Hogmanay which made our evening very special.
We can't say enough about this house - its quite simply amazing!

I accompanied a group of women on a retreat here. I chose the property because of its location in a beautiful setting with glorious views of Loch Tay. Its extremely comfortable. The owners have poured much love into the place and you can feel it the moment you walk on site. Its tastefully decorated and lovingly looked after by the owners as well as Loraine, the house manager and John, the grounds man. They went above and beyond to meet our needs - nothing was too much trouble. I chose a property that was fit for royalty - my clients went away feeling like they were treated that way.

David, myself and all our guests had the most amazing 4 night stay for our wedding.
Breathtaking views, spacious, plenty of rooms offering different entertainment, catering for everyone. Very homely feel, the piano offered hours of musical sing a longs as did the karaoke and it was wonderful all sitting in the media room and watching Christmas films, felt very surreal.

We hired the house for 2 weekends to celebrate the 2 year anniversary of my business. We invited all husbands family one weekend (20 people) and all my family the next weekend (26 people). My hubby and I stayed in the house during the week. The house, grounds, facilities, services, staff etc were absolutely fantastic. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved the place. Everything about the house was brilliant, one of the best places we've stayed in over the years. Would love to go back and stay there again sometime.

Our whole experience of Stucktaymore from the booking process all the way to our departure was very positive. From our initial visit which showed us that everything was exactly as in the pictures to the welcome from Loraine - the Housekeeper - on our arrival it is hard to find fault with anything. The house is in a beautiful location, it is well furnished and extremely well equipped, with plenty of space for celebrating with friends or just sitting peacefully.

Our stay at Stucktaymore was magical. We regularly stay at large properties across the UK and this was by far the best. The entire house is finished superbly and set up for large groups to stay. The setting is breathtaking with amazing walks on the doorsteps. We white water rafted nearby as a group and played golf in Killin. The local town has a supermarket and pharmacy. Everything you could need

A stunning house for a magical wedding ceremony and celebrations over 4 nights with family and friends. The location, rooms, facilities and service are all absolutely perfect. We had a very small wedding at Stucktaymore and it couldn't have been a more perfect place to do so. The house is incredible, seriously impressed all our friends and family who stayed. The grounds are fantastic and there's a perfect little grass area under the balcony to conduct a ceremony if anyone else is thinking of it. Its a very well prepared house, there is glasses, fridges, umbrellas, welly boots, beach/hot tub towels and everything you could think of all within reach. There is loads of space for the kids to run around outside too, it really couldn't have delivered any more than it did.

Lorraine in housekeeping is absolutely amazing. We sent her god knows how many annoying questions leading up to our stay and she answered every one of them. The only thing I was worried about when leaving was that the bins were full and we had left a load of cardboard outside the recycling bin, I asked Lorraine and the reply was "don't worry, we'll handle everything", perfect!

I cannot recommend this place enough and couldn't even fault it if I tried. Beautiful.

We stayed here for our wedding in July. Firstly the house was incredible, all our guests loved their rooms which were decorated and equipped to the highest standards. Our guests had everything you could think of within the house, including activities such as swings, pool table, tv, library, hot tub, wooded area and a path down to the loch.
And we had our wedding ceremony on the grounds of this venue, the view was unbelievable and magical we had the perfect stay.

We stayed at the house for a family birthday celebration and were blown away by everything it had to offer. The house is quite simply stunning. It has everything you could ever require for a break away, every room is as stunningly decorated as the next and the views across the loch are breathtaking. Susan and Lorraine could not have been more helpful leading up to and during our stay. We loved our time so much that we have already booked for next year. A week at Stucktaymore is a must. The house is beautiful with a view of the Loch that is unsurpassed. Many hours were spent in front of the expansive windows watching the Osprey, sheep and the clouds. My favourite spot was the little nook in the library. It was the perfect place to read or stare out the window.
There were 10 of us in our group. We all had our own bedrooms with 5 rooms to spare. There was plenty of space to hang out as a family as well as find quiet areas to read or nap.
The outdoor space is fantastic. There was a "football" pitch was gave 6 boys ample room to run around, swings, and meandering garden paths to play hide and seek. We often walked down to the Loch to look at the ducks or to say hello to the sheep who liked bleating at us. Occasionally we say the osprey which was amazing.
The grounds are beautifully kept with areas that are manicured and areas that are a bit wild. The apple orchid is a delight.
In the mornings we gathered in the breakfast room. It has all the appliances needed from microwave, coffee maker to kettles. Lunches and dinners were served in the main dining room which had a cozy feel and the outstanding view of the loch. We hired a chef, Mark Heirs, who was fantastic. He catered for every dietary request fro gluten-free to vegetarian. There were problems with the aga, but Mark was able to work around this.
The media room was brilliant and we spent a great deal of family time there. the sofas were plush and you could sink right into them. There was also a small pool table that all the boys enjoyed playing with. The best part was the hot tub and this was used almost every day.
The village of Killin is only 5 minutes by car and has a decent Coop and outdoor shop. We didn't eat in any of the establishments as we had Mark. However, I was told by the local taxi service that the fish & chips take away was very good.
We went fly fishing, had a highland safari adventure and toured the loch by boat.
Loraine the house manager is lovely and extremely helpful. She answered all our questions, helped with supplying extra fans as it was very hot, and also helped locate a physio when my back gave out. Whenever she visited the house, she was always smiling and always very, very helpful. The owners were also very kind and helpful. When our rental car was unable to start the next morning, they were accommodating and allowed us time to sort it out before the next guests arrived.
We will definitely return. This was a wonderful family holiday which has brought us many, many happy memories.

As a mixed age group on our 6th annual trip, Stucktaymore was by far the best property we have ever stayed in!
Absolutely everything was perfect and we could not fault a single thing.
The kitchen is so well stocked with every single gadget you could ever need and we made full use of the fire pit and disco room. The hot tub has the most amazing views and the snug is the perfect room to snuggle down in and watch the open fire.
We were all sad to leave but will definitely be back.

An overdue and so well deserved review. 24 family and friends spend an amazing long weekend at Stucktaymore in November last year - the only complaint was that it wasn't long enough! The house is glorious, the bedrooms are splendid, plenty of variety in the living areas for chilling, socialising and just hanging out (And enjoying that view, and the hot tub!), and the kitchen is very well stocked and supplied so you never run out . The entire place is immaculate and the needs and requirements of the guests have been thought of and fulfilled, from glasses to wellies! We all loved it! Thank-you so much to Susan and Lorraine for being so accommodating and helpful. Thoroughly recommended as a glorious destination of choice.

I rented the house to celebrate my birthday and had the most amazing time. Stucktaymore is everything it says it is and more!! It is so well equipped and had no problem catering for 29 people. They have thought of everything for the kitchen. The views of the loch are stunning and they have made the most of the property with the large windows to the rear. In the winter it was great to have the fire on and feel cosy while enjoying the outdoors through the windows. Every bedroom is different and beautifully decorated - it was difficult to choose what room I wanted! I cannot recommend this property enough. I will definitely return or try one of the other properties.

Well, what can I say about this place!! Goodness me it’s amazing, it truly is. We are just back from a 4 day stay at Stucktaymore where we got married. The house is perfectly set up for it, and for any weekend gatherings of friends or family.
It has EVERYTHING you’ll need, even things you weren’t sure you needed before you got there! John and Loraine are amazing, so responsive and helpful with all our questions and queries!
Our pooch loved the trails too, and our wedding photos in that backdrop are to die for!!
We would absolutely 110% return, without question. If you have a special event or just fancy some peace, zen and relaxation then this is the place for you.

This has been the best house rental experience I have ever had.
Yes, the house, the lake and the view are fabulous - but I definately haven‘t seen a better prepared household than this. We never run out of glasses, cuttlery, hot water - there was plenty of everything. Everything was in perfect shape, neat and tidy.

We had visited the house once as a guest of friends. We booked it for a family birthday celebration for 27 people. The house is a first class venue with all the necessary facilities. It’s large enough that guests can gather, for dining or dancing, or can disperse for quiet times to the many peaceful and cosy rooms. It never feels crowded. Even in November the hot tub was well used. With no neighbours Karaoke till the early hours proved no problem. The kitchen is well equipped and the commercial cleaning station with 2 minute dishwasher helped keep the place easily tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
