A stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with magnificent views of the harbour. Located directly on Poole Quay benefiting from two balconies.

We love it here as it is peaceful and there is always something to see going on in the harbour. We were there in Easter week and in future would avoid popular holiday times. The restaurants are very good, especially St. Tropez. With a small supermarket just outside the building and access to flat walking, it is ideal for us.

The view and the access to all amenities. .

What did you like about the property itself (e.g., design, comfort, amenities)?
The whole experience, except that the car park is quite some way away and people do not keep to their allocated space. Some ne parked in our space for two days!se.

How would you describe the location and its surroundings?
The ever changing view.and plenty to do, or nothing to do, whether you are active or not!

It's great to know you explored the local restaurants and dined at St Tropez lounge, a high-end French restaurant directly on the quay. During the busier months, many fun events and themed nights take place in Poole. We can appreciate that this is not for everyone, so if you are looking for a more peaceful stay, we would recommend visiting during the off-peak season for fewer crowds. This is a lovely apartment, really nice fittings and furnishings, with everything you need to cater for yourself in the lovely kitchen. It is centrally located on the water front, with access to restaurants, takeaways and shops. The view is fantastic and there is a lot happening out on the water to entertain you. Definitely take binoculars with you.
Quay holidays are really helpful, we had a beeping smoke alarm and they sent maintenance around to sort it out quickly. They also check in with you to make sure everything is alright.

This the first holiday accommodation we have stayed in where everything was supplied and not the usual minimum of cutlery and crockery. Everything was beautifully decorated and all the fittings and furniture tasteful and clean. The only thing missing was there was no non-stick spatula for the non stick frying pan, but there is one now! The kitchen had everything with excellent cooker hob and efficient oven.
The apartment is near to many restaurants and very handle Tesco Express within 20 yards from entrance. The view, whatever the weather, is constantly changing. Therefore we sat in front of the patio window with a pair of binoculars and watched boats coming and going and the birds. It was a perfect place to relax and forget all the worries at home!

The view - even though we did not have good weather mostly.

The design and the comfort and everything to hand
