Hillview is a fabulous holiday home with stylish interiors, an open plan living area, two log burners, fire pit and spectacular views. Located in Eastleach, surrounded by countryside, this fabulous property is perfect for family gatherings and catching up with friends.

Hillview is a beautiful house which easily accommodated 3 families, including two toddlers. We loved the big windows and we lit the log fires every night. The area is beautiful with lots to do and lovely walks from the property. The house could be absolutely wonderful if a little thought went into it. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms, one tea towel provided for the entire visit and 1 bin bag. No information for appliances, heating, recycling and no leaflet ideas for days out etc. The stained sofa wasn’t nice. I was surprised that a welcome pack including milk and the like wasn’t provided, this is the first property we’ve stayed in that hasn’t done this. Food left in the freezer by other guests isn’t great either. We did have a lovely stay, but it could have been so much better.

Our large family very much enjoyed our stay at this home in a lovely little village in the Cotswolds.
I highly recommend anyone who is interested to book as the process was simple and fulfilled all of our high expectations.

We used Hillview to meet up with family for an early Christmas and it was such a lovely space to do this! The big open kitchen is a great entertaining room as well as the smaller snug to watch a film - I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at cottage Hillview. The house is stunning and the village and surrounding area is like a fairytale. It was everything we imagined it to be. We loved the huge kitchen and the beautiful stove. However, we do feel the need to give a little feedback. The house deserves a little more TLC, Like, lots of cobwebs everywhere, a full vacuumcleaner reservoir with dirt from someone else, and please hang it on the wall, leakage under the sink in the second kitchen, we put a much larger bowl under it, the cabinet will get soaked if this is not fixed, broken lightbulbs in the en-suite bathroom, stains in the rug by the 2 blue couches. A loose windowdressing in one of the bedrooms, a dirty old dish brush by the sink. A lot of left behind products from other guests in the cabinets and stuff under the master bed. Little things that should not be too difficult to take care of, but they are noticeable and a bit annoying. But, the really nice gardener and the emergency contact were amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would love to come back one day.

Very comfortable
Amazing facilities
Magnificent views from the garden seating area

Perfect for 6 to 8 people

Nice local easy walks

Points to note - Feedback
User guides for cooker and other white goods or instructions how to light wood fires and location of lighter was difficult to find
also local amenities or places of interest would be very useful
Did not spot fire blanket
No mirrors in any bedrooms
No locks on bathroom doors ( there are locks which can be opened from the outside if required available)

Lovely cosy house, great for a long break with friends- fantastic garden too.

Stayed with some friends prior to my wedding.
Great location with ample on street parking and on the property too, clean rooms and cozy beds.
The garden and grounds are stunning especially in the summer when all the flowers are blooming. Helpful and kind host. Would 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful house in gorgeous location. Perfect for a family holiday ( though lots of steps in the garden so might be tricky with small children or mobility issues). Large sunny terrace to relax in and excellent kitchen. Local pub 200yards away with super food. Wonderful stay. Many thanks!

We loved our stay, house is in a lovely quiet location and the kitchen is stunning. Very comfortable beds and a very cosy stay very near the zoo and other activities. Loved it!
