Old Pear Tree Barn is better in real life than the website and videos etc - from the moment we walked in the house gave a huge hug. This was topped off with the beautiful flowers and excellent welcome basket. The whole place is a joy to live in and has everything that you could want for a short break in Cornwall....and even better - the pub at the end of the road is lovely! ( top tip is to book a table - it was packed out!)
