The 5th time of staying here, and booked for the 6th! This apartment has all you need for a short break, or a longer one. The location is perfect for walking into the centre of Bath, so close to Pultney Bridge, but away from the hustle and bustle. There are lovely parks nearby too. The parking is an added bonus too. I would recommend it but then I may find it’s not free when I want to sea there!!

A friend and I rented this flat for reuniting after many years on different continents. We chose this particular flat because the rooms are large, each having an independent bathroom, no stairs, a designed parking spot, easy walking distance to town, and is extremely quiet. The decor is calm and un obstructive, the furniture is comfortable: bedding is large and excellent, bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. We used the kitchen for breakfast only, for which Alison had provided fresh bread, milk, butter and jam, orange juice, tea bags, coffee (Nespresso pods for mini machine). The kitchen is so well appointed, we could have cooked if we had wanted to stay in. Honestly, this place is so convenient, comfortable, clean, that we could have stayed a very long time without missing the familiarity of home.

Excellent quiet location and very comfortable apartment - just a short fifteen minute walk into centre of Bath and main attractions and amenities.

Lovely location just outside of Bath but within 10 minutes walking distance.
Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.
Nice touch to have a few essentials on arrival such as milk, bread, tea which were much appreciated.
Little seating area outside was nice to have as the weather was very hot when we stayed. Apartment is on a busy road, both bedrooms face on to road. The secondary glazing gave good soundproofing from road noise so we still slept well despite the road.
Would recommend this place for proximity to the city and comfort of rooms with good kitchen facilities.
Good communication from host and a very well put together info package in digital format to help navigate the area and get the most out of our short visit.
