Beautiful and peaceful location, extremely well maintained and equipped property, excellent customer service both prior to the visit and during the stay. Only slight niggle would be that during such a heatwave, the air conditioning and bedroom fans didn't offer quite as much relief from the heat as we would have liked. Certainly didn't spoil the stay though! Everything else was perfect, thank you very much!

Casa Buena Vista was the perfect apartment for our short stay in La Torre . Beautiful views across the golf course and overlooks a lovely large swimming. The apartment was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Paul is an excellent host and very obliging. The apartment is excellent value and I would highly recommend.

Having been to La Torre several times before this apartment was perfect for the two of us - a real home from home feel and together with the location and the pool it was excellent. Lovely full sun balcony with a table and chairs, including a much needed parasol but also had a good sized table and chairs inside. Booking was easy with communication from owner maintained until our arrival when contact was made with Claire for the pick up of keys and she was available throughout if we needed any help. We plan to be back.

Apartment was clean and in a lovely location for fantastic views. Beds very comfortable.

Shower was either freezing cold or scorching hot. This really needs checking, especially if children. Are staying. One of the sun beds couldn’t be used as was completely broken, not great as we had to take it in turns to sunbathe on them. Took the luxury feel away for us to be honest.

When we arrived (9pm). No toilet roll was left, which was an inconvenience as the shop had then closed. Maybe a welcome pack including toilet roll , soap, dishwasher tablet would be a help especially for a short stay? I’ve stayed in many a premier host property where they have left such items . Just an idea? Only one wine glass too?

Overall we had a lovely stay , just a few little tweeks needed , but that’s just our opinion.

Just some feedback after a direct reply for clarity- copied here with some feedback direct from house keeping. I'm grateful for your feedback. Shower was either freezing cold or scorching hot – the water pressure fluctuates a lot in the apartment block so can affect the temperature, its beyond my control, sorry! One of the sun beds couldn’t be used as was completely broken, - thank you for the report I will get this attended. There are fold out sun beds and loungers in the utility area. You have confirmed you didn't see these Wine glasses – there are 6 gold rimmed wine glasses, you have agreed. No toilet roll was left- I raised this with house keeping, they confirmed they had left a toilet roll with a flower embossed (as standard) We leave washing liquid under the sink, yet I’ll get this replaced. I could have resolved some, if not all the matters for you if you had contacted me direct at the time. I have on site house keeping to attend. Im really pleased overall you had a fab time and 4.5/5 is great for me, and I'm grateful for your feedback it all helps!

The pictures don’t do this apartment justice . It is in a gorgeous location looking into the pool and the balcony is in the sun pretty much all day.

This apartment was amazing . It was very clean however I have OCD so always clean too.
Paul’s customer service is fantastic , kept well informed of the process and questions asked responds right away . Even arranged our taxis too and from airport ( nothing was too much trouble ) location amazing with lovely views. Very good value for money . Would def recommend as efficiency made it.
