Reservation was easy, communication by the owner was good. Upon walking in to the cottage I was overwhelmed upon how clean and finished to the highest standard .
A very comfortable nights sleep on the bed and a decent shower . Definitely 5 stars we will be back .

Stayed two nights in Courtyard Cottage no 5.
Beautifully furnished and very comfortable seating and king sized bed.
Couldn't hear any noise whatsoever from neighbours. Kitchen had everything needed to self cater. A welcome pint of milk in the fridge and small tea tray of tea/coffee and biscuits.
Situated to easily visit Diddly Squat and well known towns within the Cotswolds.
Would stay again and recommend.

Celebrating my husband’s 60 birthday so l wanted to book different accommodation than we normally stay in. He was both surprised and thrilled with the cottage.
It was comfy, clean and quiet.
There are so many different places to visit within a short drive away.
Fiona was very helpful in advising us of where to go and all the different places to see and routes so we got to visit a couple of places in one day.
Can’t wait to go back and would definitely recommend.

A large group of us stayed at Bridge Farm Holiday Cottages while attending a family wedding nearby just before Christmas 2023. All five of the cottages (Woodcut, Stable, East Barn, West Barn and Courtyard) we stayed in were fantastic. The décor is lovely, and each cottage is fully equipped with everything we needed. All were warm, cosy and very clean with comfy beds and big fluffy towels provided.
But it was the thoughtful extra little touches that made our stay really special; each cottage had a fully decorated Christmas tree inside with an extra larger tree in the communal space between East and West Cottages which made everything very festive. The communal space is also brilliant if you are in a larger group as you can gather together and eat meals or play games – of which there are many provided. Each fridge had a fresh pint of milk inside with tea, coffee and biscuits provided for a welcome cuppa after a long journey. There is a local Co-op a short walk away which is very handy for getting supplies and there are two local pubs and a great fish and chip shop only minutes away.
Communication with the owner Fiona was always very friendly and helpful and any queries we had were responded to promptly. We would highly recommend these beautiful cottages to anyone wanting to holiday in this lovely part of the world.

Comfortable, compact apartment with everything as pictured. Bedroom was a decent size with very comfy bed. We stayed as part of a group who booked all the accommodation on site. Lovely setting and helpful owners who accommodated our needs when asked and left us to enjoy the space. Close to lots of beautiful local places of interest including Broadway, Bourton-on-the Water and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Although there was milk and biscuits we never saw a single person the entire time we were there not even a phone call
Also we stayed in this property as it was all on one level. There was no grab rails over the bath or a bath mat. As a blue badge holder it was extremely difficult to get into the bath for a shower. The rest of the property was well maintained but we would have liked more of a personal touch and less printed notices.

My husband and I spent a most enjoyable few days at Courtyard Cottage. It has to be the best location in which to stay, in order to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding area. Pretty villages, Stratford upon Avon, Evesham, NT properties etc all within easy reach.
We have had excellent self holiday lets in the area previously, all good, but this I would heartily recommend. Everything clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the brand new kitchen equipment, especially the frying pan!
Everything was just perfect and we hope to return. Thank you.

This small property is one of 7 in this development. There is some outside furniture in a shared space and other benches but we were glad to have brought our own chairs so we could sit outside our door. The living room area is small, as shown in the photos but has a good armchair and a sofa. The dining chairs are uncomfortable but luckily we had our own seat cushions. The kitchen area is compact with a small fridge and limited surfaces. However, the oven and hob are easy to use and we were able to cook a full roast one evening. There are no proper wine glasses but I expect the owner would have provided some, had we asked but as we only stayed for 3 nights, we coped. The bedroom is spacious, larger than the living room. Both rooms have a couple of good table lamps. We took our own pillows and duvet but would have been in difficulty otherwise as there was feather-filled bedding/ pillows and cushions. With concerns about hygiene, animal welfare and allergies we prefer synthetic fillings. The bathroom is fine but as others have mentioned, the shower is not very strong; helpful in terms of water conservation! In terms of location, there is some road noise but it didn’t matter to us. There is a modern Co-op within walking distance although there is no pavement to start with. If you manage with that there are two pubs within walking distance too. Visiting towns and villages is pretty easy from here without having to drive too far. We needed a short stay, close to Broadway at very short notice so it fitted the bill for us. Regarding recommending this property, it would be unfair to say no but as with anywhere, it’s important to carefully consider the details and reviews.

I was advised that only "basics" would be provided but I could not see that anything had been provided at all, only what the last occupants had left, not even a pint of milk so we could have a cup of tea at the end of the long journey there.
No ice cube tray in the freezer, too few coat hangers, no hooks for coats, ill fitting bath plug (had to get out with pliers!).
None of these comments impacted on our enjoyment of our stay and we would stay again but these items could easily be addressed with only a few quid being spent.

A very comfortable cottage. Slept well. Cottage very cosy and quiet . Loved the location perfect placed for Stratford on Avon, Cotswolds and Warwick, and loved being surrounded by fields. Great to be able to walk to the shop, the co-op had everything we needed.
Only negative, it would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge on arrival. Otherwise all positive. Thanks for a lovely few days.

We hired three cottages for a family get together, West barn East Barn and Courtyard cottage. It was perfect for us all with three young children as we had the middle atrium as a communal place to share breakfast and dinner.
The cottages were clean and comfortable. Nice touches were milk, eggs and chocolates that were left for us, plus the little Easter decorations!

The cottage was exactly as photographed and very good value.
My only observations was that the hot water was not very hot in the kitchen and very slow. Also i was unable to close the blinds, the curtains in the bedroom had been removed which would give a cosier feel and give the option of shutting the outside light out.
