Lovely quiet rural location with a nice welcome treat to greet us. Great to have the parking outside the cottage and close enough To Leeds and York for the Park and Ride facility. We would have appreciated a sturdy grab rail at the entrance to the cottage as the. steps are steep. I am elderly and found the rise difficult to negotiate and my daughter sprained her ankle as we were leaving to come home.
Idyllic lovely location. Stunning scenery. Crystal clean cottage. Our stay was very peaceful and we enjoyed visiting the neighbouring villages and towns. Lots to do.
