Barney's Cottage was all we had hoped for, and more. Spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean in heart of the Yorkshire countryside. The cottage is ideally located, just a short distance from many excellent attractions including Fountains Abbey, Brimham Rocks, Pateley Bridge, Harrogate and Bolton Abbey. There are also many small attractive villages close by with fascinating walks, spectacular scenery and local pubs to explore. The next time we are visiting North Yorkshire Barney's Cottage will be our first choice of residence.
Robbies Retreat is just perfect. Set on a working farm in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales it is a perfect place to relax. The accommodation has everything you could need and the lovely homemade scones, biscuits and jam with milk in the fridge is just outstanding. I use a walking stick and found the property perfect. Some great local pubs a short drive and Close to Pateley Bridge and Harrogate. The hosts are absolutely lovely - totally recommend and I will be back and recommending to friends and family also.
