We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boconnoc House. We received a very warm welcome from Louise who took plenty of time to show us around the magnificent house. Oxanna was also there adding the finishing touches which made our arrival feel very special. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the 1st floor rooms being extremely spacious. The 2nd floor bedrooms are a little snug with sloping roofs and the bathroom arrangements for the love room require 4 people to share access through one room. The Stewardry provided the perfect venue for friends and family to celebrate a very special person’s 80th birthday. In a beautiful setting with plenty of space for a large gathering it fulfilled all our needs and more.
We recently spent a family holiday at Boconnoc and it was absolutely stunning! The estate is a dream for nature lovers — endless walking trails, breathtaking views, and the serene beauty of the grounds made every day feel special. We loved exploring the estate; there’s something magical about wandering through ancient woodland and spotting deer in the distance. The Dairy house is just as impressive. Elegant yet cozy, with incredibly comfortable beds and beautifully designed interiors. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and I’m already counting down the days until we can go back!
We are repeat visitors to the stunning Boconnoc estate. Each time we visit we are struck by the beautiful outdoors and the outstanding design of the interiors. This was our first stay at the Grooms and it was very comfortable.
We absolutely love staying at Boconnoc. There’s loads to do with our daughter, like walking around the grounds or playing table tennis. The gardens were on an extraordinary display as well. The Head groom’s house is beautifully designed and very comfortable.
