Our second stay at these apartments. Absolute perfection. Immaculately clean, comfy bed with luxurious linen. Well equipped kitchen with a lovely welcome pack. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by Adam, who makes you feel so very welcome. It’s like coming home. The apartment is absolutely spotless, and very well kitted out for all you could ever need. The beds are very comfortable, so is the lounge furniture. We were left with some very tasty goodies as a part of our welcome, thank you so much for that. The apartment is in a perfect location, and there’s ample parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Thank you so much. Will definitely be returning soon.
This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. Our room was spotlessly clean as always and stocked with the essentials, as well as some lovely treats too. Brody (our doggie) is always happy staying here, he’s supplied with useful throws/towels etc. as well as some tasty treats and lots of affection from both Grant & Adam and is always excited to see them. I’ve probably stayed near on a dozen times at the Muntham apartments and can safely say I have not found a single issue with any of my stays . I would consider the apartments a five star , certainly the cleanest accommodation I’ve stayed in , and I am extremely fussy. The hosts Adam and Grant go to great lengths to make your stay as comfortable as possible , including complimentary biscuits , milk , coffee ,tea , and even hot cross buns on my latest visit
What a lovely apartment, very well maintained, very clean, and well stocked. Bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were spotless Settee was very comfortable and apartment was always warm. The kitchen is well stocked a Large Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher. Microwave, Oven and Hob and a Tassimo coffee machine with coffee pods. My only criticism is that the TV is too small on the stand for the size of the room and the accent chair should be another armchair but that didn't spoil our stay at all , we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and will definitely stay again.
A Great stay in very clean and tidy accommodation with everything need for a very combatable stay. The hosts were brilliant and even let us stay another night in another apartment. Would recommend this property and hosts because your do get everything in the description and more.
Had a lovely break in this clean and well located property. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating, plus full of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Property had a lovely view, is well equipped and very comfortable. Also, and most importantly for our stay, the property reminded cool even in the blistering heat. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

From start to finish Torquay Holiday Lettings were impeccable..They had thought of everything in the holiday apartment that would make your holiday home from home.. Arrival went smoothly with clear instructions on how to enter emailed & texted to my phone.. The apartment was spacious & extremely well kitted out ,plenty of tea coffee & sugar, a pint of milk in the fridge there were plenty of cleaning materials etc to take you through your holiday. This was our second stay at this apartment this time for two weeks, easy booking process. Everything you would need was in the apartment, great Access to local beach. Looking forward to future stays .
Only downside is the location - no view of the sea from the property and steep hill to climb if walking.
We have stayed here a few times now. Find it ideal for my disabled daughter who uses a wheelchair. It’s reasonably flat in the surrounding area, which helps with her wheelchair. The apartment is always clean and tidy and we try to leave it as we find it. We were a little disappointed this year as last time we had a small table for my daughter to eat her meals from, but this year it was missing. We compromised by using one of the tables from the nest of tables provided. My daughter cannot get on the breakfast style chairs that are provided. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms were particularly cool and airy during the hot weather. The lounge/dining area was particularly comfortable and had a lovely view from the window whilst eating. The whole apartment was beautifully decorated and was in a very quiet and peaceful location which we loved. We would definitely like to come back to this apartment again. Our only slight issue were the stairs as my sister is 86 years old and found it a little difficult using the stairs daily.
There were no negatives about the Renoir Suite I chose it because it was very near to my daughter, but if you want a perfect place to holiday this suite is the perfect place.
Property was very clean and tidy. Close to the centre but up a steep hill. Needs blackout blinds to the bedrooms and clothes hooks in the bathroom apart from that the property had everything you needed and more
St Anne’s is a beautiful house, that was beautifully decorated. It is warm, cozy and yet extremely spacious and is equipped with everything you could wish for. Well positioned, not far from the beach and walking distance from the town centre. Hot tub is great and the outside kitchen looked fabulous, although we couldn’t use it because of the weather. We’ll have to come back another time to try it out!
