This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. Our room was spotlessly clean as always and stocked with the essentials, as well as some lovely treats too. Brody (our doggie) is always happy staying here, he’s supplied with useful throws/towels etc. as well as some tasty treats and lots of affection from both Grant & Adam and is always excited to see them. I’ve probably stayed near on a dozen times at the Muntham apartments and can safely say I have not found a single issue with any of my stays . I would consider the apartments a five star , certainly the cleanest accommodation I’ve stayed in , and I am extremely fussy. The hosts Adam and Grant go to great lengths to make your stay as comfortable as possible , including complimentary biscuits , milk , coffee ,tea , and even hot cross buns on my latest visit
This is a lovely apartment, very well thought out and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the use of a washer/dryer was very handy. The beds were very comfy and it was a nice touch having shampoo and shower gel. The ghost was very helpful and responsive and we had a lovely welcome gift of milk, cookies and wine!
Everything was amazing it felt like home so many positives. Location, view and close to everything all under 10 minutes walk. Local food joints and convenience store 6 minutes walk. Bus routes 6 minutes walk. The grandness of the place, sliding patio door in bedroom great with dog. Great wifi connection. And price by going direct with great savings. The owners live above and are lovely helping you with everything you may require. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by Adam, who makes you feel so very welcome. It’s like coming home. The apartment is absolutely spotless, and very well kitted out for all you could ever need. The beds are very comfortable, so is the lounge furniture. We were left with some very tasty goodies as a part of our welcome, thank you so much for that. The apartment is in a perfect location, and there’s ample parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. A Great stay in very clean and tidy accommodation with everything need for a very combatable stay. The hosts were brilliant and even let us stay another night in another apartment. Would recommend this property and hosts because your do get everything in the description and more.
Our second stay at these apartments. Absolute perfection. Immaculately clean, comfy bed with luxurious linen. Well equipped kitchen with a lovely welcome pack. Adam, Grant and the staff work their socks off which is evident in every aspect of the accommodation. Thanks and look forward to seeing you next year.
What a lovely apartment, very well maintained, very clean, and well stocked. Bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were spotless Settee was very comfortable and apartment was always warm. The kitchen is well stocked a Large Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher. Microwave, Oven and Hob and a Tassimo coffee machine with coffee pods. My only criticism is that the TV is too small on the stand for the size of the room and the accent chair should be another armchair but that didn't spoil our stay at all , we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and will definitely stay again.
Dave + Linda are both very informative and helpful. Greet with a warmth and a smile, and are available with a wealth of local knowledge. The apt. is of a high standard inc. fittings, sundries, cleanliness. And they provide a helpful already chilled fridge with milk,tea,coffee and biscuits… Which is nice on arrival. This is our 2nd happy visit, and are happy to recommend Okenedon.
We loved our stay at Marina Court, beautiful views, quiet, comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend and will definitely return
We are regular visitors to this property which is always perfectly prepared and includes everything you could need.
As with other properties the apartment was immaculate. Decorated for Christmas which was nice. Everything you need including for our dog which was really helpful as we forgot his blanket. Would highly recommend to others
This was our second time staying in Meadfoot Bay Apartment. As regular visitors to Torquay to see family, we are glad that we have found this apartment. It is in a beautiful location, close to Meadfoot Beach with its lovely cafe and within a fifteen walk to town (and slightly longer if you want to follow part of the South West Coast path that runs past it). The inclusion of the car parking space is also a bonus. The apartment itself is quiet, very clean and ideal for us. We hope to stay there again on our next trip.
The apartment is in a good location. It is well looked after and very clean. Would definitely book it again.
There were no negatives about the Renoir Suite I chose it because it was very near to my daughter, but if you want a perfect place to holiday this suite is the perfect place.
Property was very clean and tidy. Close to the centre but up a steep hill. Needs blackout blinds to the bedrooms and clothes hooks in the bathroom apart from that the property had everything you needed and more
St Anne’s is a beautiful house, that was beautifully decorated. It is warm, cozy and yet extremely spacious and is equipped with everything you could wish for. Well positioned, not far from the beach and walking distance from the town centre. Hot tub is great and the outside kitchen looked fabulous, although we couldn’t use it because of the weather. We’ll have to come back another time to try it out!
