Top Cottage sleeps two. It has pretty views across farmland to Child Okeford. The bedroom has a king size bed and a separate generous bathroom with both shower and separate bath. There is an open plan kitchen and living dining area. The kitchen is small but well equipped. There is no garden.

We had a very enjoyable stay at top cottage. It is set in a beautiful rural area and an ideal base for visiting the Dorset coast and villages. The local shops are good and stock locally produced food.

Top cottage had everything you could possibly need for 2 people, it was exceptionally clean which I was pleased about as I can be a little particular regarding cleanliness, location is really good, the set up itself is divine, lovely and quiet. Found the bed a little hard but then that's just a personal thing I guess. Other than that I would definitely recommend

A wonderful setting, with views of glorious Dorset countryside.
Superb bathroom with large fluffy bath sheets, - greatly appreciated
An extremely comfortable bed, with lovely pillows, - I comment on this as even in good hotels the beds although large are often uncomfortable and the pillows of a poor quality, this was not the case at Top Cottage.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The living area was fine , but the carpet was thread bare in places and the two easy chairs I felt had seen better days.
We enjoyed the break, but if we come again I would prefer one of the larger cottages with more living space.

A perfect short break. Top Cottage was finished to a high luxury standard but still with a cottage feel. Excellent Location with stunning views. John and Lucinda were friendly and helpful. Any communication with the Booking was very good.

We had a very good week in Top Cottage - thank you to the Sunnucks for providing such a comfortable cottage surrounded by fields. It all felt very new and spacious. Everything we needed was provided - the TV easy to use, as was the cooker and shower (so often difficult in holiday lets!). Lots of hot water. Thank you too for the welcome coffee, teabags, milk, spread, bread and eggs. If we were to add anything we might suggest a blind or curtain for the front door which looks straight in to the bathroom!! We hooked a blanket up for modesty in the evening.
We visited White's Mill - really recommend this - Corfe Castle, Mapperton Gardens and Sherborne Abbey (beautiful). We ate in the local White Horse pub in Stourpaine - excellent food and service.
Dorset is very lovely - highly recommend a holiday there staying in Top Cottage.

Second visit to this beautiful little cottage!
We had a very relaxing stay and really managed to chill.
The cottage had everything we needed. The surroundings are calm and healing and I am sure we will return .

Very comfortable and well provided for. With choice of two pubs a very gentle stroll away across fields, if peace and relaxing is what you fancy you certainly can here. We are returning later in June. Think that says it all.....

I had a wonderful stay at Top Cottage - stunning location and fantastic hosts. I was on a writing retreat and needed some peace and quiet - the accommodation had everything I could need and the surrounding landscapes were beautiful. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend.

Our week at this property was lovely. The accommodation was ideal for us as a retired couple.
The amenities helped to made the week a success.we particularly felt very pleased with the Ev charging facility. Lucinda made this an easy process.

Top cottage is located in a lovely part of Dorset with views all around and quiet walks. The property is new build in a courtyard which shares parking with the two other properties. The owner, Lucinda was very helpful and welcoming. The property is well placed to explore the best parts of Dorset. The bathroom is huge with an excellent shower and the bed very comfortable.

Top Cottage was perfect for our trip to Dorset.
It was so spacious for two people. The area was great, there are loads of places to go. Top Cottage and the adjacent two cottages were very quiet, no traffic noise, no street lights, just lovely.
Our host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and we are very keen to stay again.

We were able to book Top Cottage at very short notice for a few days. Lucinda couldn't have been more helpful. Finished to a very high standard with plenty of space for two. Lovely peaceful location with views to surrounding country side
