We had a lovely stay in Keeper's Cottage,Straloch. The surrounding area is one we are very familiar with, but had never stayed in this particular spot. The location is wonderful, very quiet and feels remote, although in reality you are only a very scenic 20 minute drive from Pitlochry and all its facilities and tourist attractions, or 30 minutes from the town of Blairgowrie where there is a larger selection of shops and supermarkets. Absolutely stunning. Beautiful setting. Extremely well equipped cottage.....even toiletries provided! Also the opportunity to have cooked meals by Penny was such a treat, & delicious! A highlight for us was building a campfire on the island toasting marshmallows. We put the games room to good use & tennis court. There's so much to enjoy & chill to around the estate, I suggest make the most of it! A trip with the grandchildren in tow is very much on the radar! Thank you for a beautiful place.
