This was our sixth holiday at Keepers Cottage and despite the weather being mostly wet and cold we had a lovely fortnight, revisiting old favourite and finding new destinations. Straloch is a truly beautiful place whatever the weather and we feel calm and relaxed as soon as we arrive. The dogs love it too. I’ve always given Keepers straight 5s in all categories but it’s been difficult to do that this year because, after six years of visiting every May, we notice that the ‘condition’ of the property is getting a little ‘tired’ and it could do with a refresh/redecorating. We had a great week at Straloch. Very peaceful and so much to do for the kids with the pool and table tennis table, the tennis and the kayaks. Stalkers Lodge was perfect and plenty of room for a family of 5 and loads of kit. We will certainly be back to enjoy Straloch and the beauty of the surrounding area.
