A lovely large house, ideal for 3 generations, in the most idyllic position. Close to the town and to the beach.
After a difficult year as a family we decided to go away for the New Year. We chose well. The house is really special and it was perfect for us.
This was our 2nd visit to Roebuck Rose and our 4th visit to a 'By Quince' property. The cottage is beautiful with everything we should need easily accessible. The rooms, decor, cleanliness and space were brilliant. Booking the property was easy as were instructions for when we arrived. We'll be back.
There were 14 of us ranging from 20 to 86 years old so it was ideal since we could all have a proper bed. The house is very well equipped with good quality equipment. It was a pre-Christmas get together so it was nice to have a fully decorated Xmas tree to greet us on arrival. There are plenty of chairs everywhere. It was cold and very windy during our stay and the central heating wasn’t really up to the job but there is a log burner in the lounge and all the beds have very thick duvets. I can imagine that it is fantastic in the summer.
A fantastic property for a large group’s trip. Really lovely, well supplied, and well managed. Everything we hoped for.
