Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with commanding views over rolling farmland, Kipling House Barn is a 200 year old granary with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams that we have converted to create a luxury self-catering accommodation for large groups of 8 - 19 people. The bedrooms are split over two levels and the floor to ceiling windows in the living areas provide panoramic views over East Yorkshire.

The house was tastefully renovated, decorated and dressed with everything a large group needs for a perfect stay, whether it is to party with friends and family or rest and relax. It is very well equipped inside and out with a wonderful hot tub, heated to a perfect temperature. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend quality time with their nearest and dearest.
