Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with commanding views over rolling farmland, Kipling House Barn is a 200 year old granary with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams that we have converted to create a luxury self-catering accommodation for large groups of 8 - 19 people. The bedrooms are split over two levels and the floor to ceiling windows in the living areas provide panoramic views over East Yorkshire.

Latest Review - September 2025

Well what can I say, 21 girls what a blast, aged 21-65 !!! The house was amazing, plenty of space for us all. Every room had a bathroom and all spotless. We had a cocktail making evening which was great fun around the fabulous table. Loved the hot tub and the beautiful countryside. We all said we would love to return if we had another big party to celebrate and will definitely recommend to others. Becky was lovely and answered any questions we had. Thank you so much from Mandi & the girls. xxx
