Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with commanding views over rolling farmland, Kipling House Barn is a 200 year old granary with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams that we have converted to create a luxury self-catering accommodation for large groups of 8 - 19 people. The bedrooms are split over two levels and the floor to ceiling windows in the living areas provide panoramic views over East Yorkshire.

What an excellent experience from start to finish. Having stayed at several locations across the country for our annual family reunion, Kipling House Barn has to top them all! From start to finish communication has been excellent, and even allowing us last minuet to squeeze in a fury friend. Nothing seemed an issue! The building is simply stunning inside and out, it’s situated in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside with great infrastructure for getting out everyday.
