Firstly the customer service provided by Ursula was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very understanding and caring. The lodge was very well equipped. The position was excellent and very quiet and peaceful. The carpark was rather tight and would have been a struggle had there been more than two vehicles. Especially with there being two lodges.
We really enjoyed the covered terrace, with the picnic table and seatings. Ursula and Adrian were very likeable and helpful, giving us valuable day out tips. For big people the 2-person-bed was a little bit too short. Furhermore, more tableware and cutlery would be desirable. All together, we have had a very good week at Clachnaben. Thanks a lot! Besides, the hiking trail to the hill with the name of the cottage is really great.
