Lovely extras like the wine,cake slices, eggs, milk and tea&coffee. T.V. Reception not the best but internet was good and worked well with smart TV. Very warm and relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the local area.
Difficult to say what's not already been said - it is a top drawer place. Down side for me personally were - No toilet downsrairs and the stairs were fairly steep (I managed but just) - I used a chair from the kitchen to sit in living room as couches were lovely to look at but not cumfortable. This never took anything away from all the positives. Be aware that the DVD player is Blue-Ray - no other disc will play on it.
Beautiful location. Tallentire near Cockermouth is lovely location to explore the north of the Lake District and Cumbria. Our accommodation (Hayloft in Tallentire Hall) was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming and we had everything we needed for our stay and more. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to come back again. Shahine + Jacqui
