We had a lovely stay in Buttercups and Williams Hayloft - the houses were very clean and spacious, comfy beds and good showers. The pool, although small, was a nice addition and it was no problem to book sessions. Due to the weather, we didn't use the other outdoor facilities, but enjoyed looking out over the pond. Would have loved to use the star gazing area if the weather hadn't been so wet. We had rented Buttercups and Williams Hayloft together and hadn't realised that they were separate buildings, a small distance apart - I only flag this as I would have liked to know this before arriva...more
Emma’s Dairy is simply beautiful, it has been converted to a very high standard and is very clean. There is every utensil you need if you wish to eat in, and the kitchen is huge. The TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime etc for the nights in. The WIFI is excellent. The barn is actually a lot bigger than it looks on the photos, there was plenty of room for my husband, grandson and I. Outside of the barn there is a beautiful swimming pool, it’s not Olympic size but certainly big enough for what you need and also done to a very high standard. We had a wonderful stay at James Parlour in Shropshire. The accommodation was beautifully presented, comfortable, and well equipped, making it feel like a real home from home. The peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxing and exploring the local area. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. We would happily recommend James Parlour and hope to return in the future
We return to this property year after year because we love it so much. William’s Hayloft is the perfect place for our neurodiverse family. The swimming pool on site is a winner every year. Communication with the owners is always spot on.
Three generations of our family and our dog went to Buttercups Barn to celebrate a 70th birthday party. Beautifully equipped accommodation with facilities for the whole family. Although the weather was disappointing we managed to use 6he sports and play area, go for a walk and a swim. Perfect for our family weekend. Would highly recommend.
Our family of five adults, two children and a dog stayed for a week in Oliver's Mill. We were very comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and there were some welcome touches such as tea, coffee, sugar and dishwasher tablets provided. The swimming pool was fantastic, warm and very clean. There are lots of places to visit in the locality and James and Emma provide plenty of leaflets and information to help you if you haven't planned beforehand.
