We stayed in this converted barn last Autumn. The cottage was warm, spotless and an amazing space for my family to get together. We enjoyed the on site pool and sports area over a long weekend. Whitchurch is a charming town around 10 min away with lots of little shops to explore. I am planning to return and would recommend!
We celebrated my husbands 50th Birthday with the extended family & some friends. The two cottages worked perfectly, as the family stayed in Buttercups that sleeps 10 and our friends slept in the Hayloft, so they had a bit of peace and quiet away from the noisy children!! The dining area in Buttercups was better than we expected, with plenty of room and incredible views. A great cottage for a large group, plenty of space. Had an Afternoon tea delivered by Dine a Design which was excellent. facilities a bonus, especially the pool and play area. Great walks and local town very nice.
Lovely stay. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed to cater for a young family including plastic cutlery/plates/bowls for my infant, which was brilliant. We visited Chester Zoo and Park hall farm, both were excellent days out, despite the weather. We want to come back and stay a bit longer so we can explore Shropshire a little more as there is a lot to see.
Great cottage, with wood burning stove, so cosy for our winters stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Owners very helpful at suggesting places to eat. lovely walking by the Llangollen canal & Whitchurch a nice market town to explore. We used the pool, which was warm and the sports court, a great space. All in all a great cottage and place to stay
