I visited this property 7 years prior to my recent visit and did expect to see some signs of wear and tear since that time - there was nothing! The property was immaculate! The service and attention to detail from the owners was first class. They are friendly, accommodating and easily accessible if needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing house to stay in. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our large party. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, Sally and Huw.
Kitchen was very well equipped with all mod cons. Hot tub was enjoyed by all. The children’s playing area was a bonus and the children enjoyed playing outside. Would highly recommend a stay in this stunning house on the Ceredigion coast. Thank you

Towyn Farmhouse is a great place for a family or large group stay. With excellent facilities, a large open kitchen/dining area and great outdoor space with a wonderful hot tub, it makes for a lovely holiday.
The location is spot on with wonderful sunsets, lovely isolated coves within walking distance and good eating places nearby. Highly recommended.

When we arrived, we all said, “Wow.”
Towyn Farmhouse is beautifully presented. There was so much space for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very well equipped. All rooms were spacious. There was equipment available to keep the children happy. The hot tub provided the perfect end to a day on the beach. Everything we needed for an unforgettable holiday. Sally even managed to arrange a beautiful week weather wise. Well done, her builder-husband, too.

What an amazing property. We had a fantastic week in this fabulous farmhouse. The experience was great. Sally was welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure. The house is everything you need for a luxury family break. Fully equipped, exceptionally clean. Beautiful area, peaceful location. Our party consited of family members from 85 to 25, and we loved the property. We go away annually as a family and was the best house by far. The swim spa was a real treat and we would definitely recommend this property and really do hope to come back soon. Thank you.

Three generations of the same family and two small dogs have had the most amazing stay in Sally's superb accommodation.
It wants for nothing, be it fun in the luxurious hot tub to swings , slide and climbing frame in the garden for the younger ones.
The accommodation has everything you could ask for. Spacious rooms to give everyone there privacy yet areas to gather in to share family time.
Can't wait to return.

This is our 3rd stay at Towyn Farmhouse and it didn’t disappoint. Correspondence with Sally is always delightful, so helpful and friendly. The Farmhouse is amazing, absolutely spotlessly clean and so very well equipped. The welcome goodies always go down a treat..thank you.
The swim spa is the icing on the cake. We spent most of our time dipping in and out after a hard day exploring the beautiful beaches and coastline. The courtyard is idyllic, plenty of space for the evening BBQs and cocktails.
Everything you could possibly need is provided, from a games room, party area to chill out zones for all ages and needs.
We adore Towyn Farmhouse and will be returning every year if possible, definitely a 10 out of 10.

This property has to be the cleanest, homeliest we have ever stayed in. All the accommodation was spotless and every little touch around the house made it feel more like a home than just a house. Sal was so helpful through the whole holiday, and before. Being able to speak to her daily helped us with any questions we had or advice/holiday tips on where to go and what to do. The hot tub was a huge hit with the whole family. The kitchen/dining area was great for social times and group cooking! The kids loved the play room and all the bedrooms were so spacious and the beds comfortable. All the en-suites/bathrooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent showers. I can not recommend this property more for a holiday that feels like you are at home, but with the added bonus of a beautiful view of Gwbert to look at.

The accomodation was excellent, catering for our large party of ten. The farmhouse was very well appointed allowing us to eat in or visit Cardigan for evening meals. The location was good being only a short distance from Cardigan Island and on the other side of the river was Poppet Sands. Overall a very nice accommodation.

We had a lovely time staying at Towyn Farmhouse over the new year period. The property is unique and impressive and perfect for a larger group. It has everything you need to feel right at home. Sally was always available to help with whatever we needed including daily hot tub checks to make sure it was just right. We had a very enjoyable stay, in a well presented farmhouse that catered for all our needs. The location was also beautiful and great for walking sight seeing within a picturesque west wales coast. Comfortable and spacious a good base to explore this area of Wales. The farmhouse was exceptional. Nice cosy sitting areas but open plan kitchen allows space to come together for meals and games in the evening.
The Bistro is an easy walk away but booking is advised. Abduls Indian was really good but wouldn't recommend The Happy City Chinese.
Easy access to some lovely walks, peaceful and stress free holiday had by all of our Party.
Would recommend this Farmhouse and Sally is happy to chat to you and advise on anything you need.

We were made very welcome when we arrived by Sal and she kindly took our grocery delivery and actually unpacked it for us. The house is beautiful and there was everything you could need in the kitchen.. The bedding and towels were high quality .The house is in a lovely place a short walk away from the cliffs. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. We had a fantastic holiday and would certainly return in the future and recommend it to friends. Thankyou for the brownies etc

Actual house is beautiful and location is good
We think the house rules need to be on the website somewhere so that people know what they're in for before booking. The rule book was quite comprehensive. The dogs not being allowed in the bedrooms and no EV charging were the biggest things.
The owners also calling in continuously should be mentioned somewhere before booking, not just in the rule book at the house.

When we first walked into the property we were blown away. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was immaculately clean and so well thought out. There were 7 adults and 3 children in our group and there’s so much room for everyone. The outdoor space sets this property aside from others I’ve stayed in before. A huge front garden with swings and slides was a massive hit with the children as was the hot tub. I’ve never seen one so big!!
The location was perfect with restaurants and bars a walk away and beaches a short drive. The views were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. If you are considering booking it, do it! You won’t be disappointed. We will be back.

This is our second visit to Towyn and our stay this time was as perfect as the first. Fabulous accommodation, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you would need and more. Wow! What an absolute gem of a property. As a family we have quite a lot of “stay cations” in various cortèges and holiday homes and this was by far the most impressive. The layout of the property is so cleverly designed that everyone has their own space and sanctuary with large specious bedrooms all complete with their own built in wardrobes, vanity units and en-suite (in most rooms) this gave everyone their own privacy and not once was their a fight for the bathrooms day or night. As well as this the games room was much loved by the children (and adults) and the beautiful “cosy” lounge made for a perfect pamper night! The kitchen is honestly breathtaking and were spent most of the time making use of the Bluetooth speaker whilst socialising, cooking and playing games around the table made this a perfect family retreat. One of the most impressive things is that the house is spacious, modern and contemporary but also feels homely and full of character which makes it so unique and really hits the nail on the head with everything you could want. The welcome back with delicious brownies and fresh eggs bread and milk on arrival also made you feel right at home and relaxed straight away. Finally the Swim Spa is incredible, I’ve never seen a hot tub this size before and safe to say we spent the majority of the weekend in it. The garden and landscape is also beautifully designed to feel private yet open and spacious. The park set was also a lovely bonus. The tiniest tiniest recommendation would be a gate or something similar at the front of the property. We had dogs with us and due to there not being a gate at the front meant we had to be a bit more cautious with opening the front patio door as well as when the kids were using the park we had to be aware of this, it was certainly not a major issue in anyway and the rear of the property is all enclosed and safe but just one tiny suggestion for the future. Other than that this cottage certainly has wow factor and we can not wait to return again! Oh also to mention the host Sally is fantastic, so helpful, kind and easy to talk and communicate with and made our stay perfect, thank you sally!

We had a brilliant stay in this gorgeous house with plenty of space and excellent facilities. Even with the stormy weather at Easter we had a cosy time inside, on sunny days the local beaches didn’t disappoint at all. We loved the extra long hot tubs before breakfast and at dusk, gorgeous sunsets from the garden or front bedroom. Lovely fires after dinner, a great place for family get togethers. We highly recommend.

It’s our second visit and we will certainly be back. Sally is such a fabulous host. She has thought of absolutely everything you need for the perfect break away. Very well resourced, really comfortable beds and excellent showers with plenty of hot water.
We had a chief Christos, cook for us on the Saturday night. He was very impressed with the well equipped beautiful kitchen.The long table was perfect for our beautiful meal.

The hot tub is the best I have ever used.
Sally really looks after it and you can tell. We have definitely got fond memories of watching the sun set with a glass of fizz.

We can’t thank Sally for such a lovely weekend. We really appreciate all her efforts to make it perfect.

Towyn Farmhouse was very comfortable well thought out luxurious accommodation for a multi generational family. Very spacious, immaculately clean with extremely comfy beds. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas with so much attention to detail, it even had festive tea towels. The Welcome Pack with local produce was such a lovely surprise, the bread was soo soo good. Only one little niggle was the Wi-Fi, with so many adults with devices & a couple of guests who needed to stay in touch due to business it was a tad unreliable. Sally went over and above to rectify it, thank you for being such an amazing host. Couldn’t recommend this lovely farmhouse highly enough, the story of its renovation is awesome.

Absolutely perfect lodge for our Xmas family getaway! Has everything you need and more. The lodge is so spacious and was great for our kids to play around in without being at risk. All the mod cons are available and the owners provided every special little touch from milk, eggs and brownies on arrival to even providing towels for the hot tub. Even though the weather wasn’t great the lodge made it very easy to relax and make the most of some quality downtime. Sally was so accommodating from start to finish and was the dream host. The house was great, we arrived a bit early as we were driving from Milton Keynes!! I contacted Sally who was great and said we could could get in about 2.30ish. When we arrived Sally showed us round explained about all the info to us. It was a weekend for my Mother (84) to see relatives and visit a few old places for her. We had all the family as well, the first time in years. Everyone really enjoyed the house, it was perfect for us and we all enjoyed the massive hot tub.
