We had a wonderful stay at the cottage as a family of 4 adults. Weybourne is a fabulous location and the village is charming. Sarah was so accommodating and responsive and goes out of her way to ensure her guests have a wonderful experience.

We has a lovely stay at Seaford cottage. The location is excellent. The local pub is welcoming and does decent food. The Maltings was amazing for Sunday roast. Pricey but worh it. The house itself was clean and comfortable. We loved the big kitchen. I work recommended for families and couples. There is space for everyone. We would stay again for sure.

We felt that the 6 day - arrival time and departure times were a hangover from the Covid days and the deep cleaning required then are not necessary now but holiday lets seem to have hung on to these requirements to the detriment of the customer.

The garden patio would benefit from pressure washing to improve the general ambiance.

Kitchen equipment excellent and the games room gave the family a great deal of fun.

Our check-in/check-out times are based on the time needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness (not COVID related) which is appreciated by our guests. We are mindful guests are eager to arrive as soon as possible and are notified when the property is ready early. You were sent a text on arrival day inviting you to access the property ahead of your check in time. A later check out could perhaps have been arranged if you had requested it. We always try and accommodate guests’ arrival and departure times where possible. We hope that this aside, you enjoyed your stay at Seaford and in Weybourne and the surrounding area. We have stayed at Seaford Holiday Cottage six times now. Why? Because we love it!
The cottage is always immaculately presented and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Ideally situated so you really don't need to travel far to visit places with the beach and the North Norfolk Railway both within walking distance.
The towns of Holt and Sheringham are only a short drive away should you need to top up on supplies.

This was our 11th visit to Seaford. It's always a pleasure - well equipped, beautifully looked after, and in a great spot for sightseeing and walking to the beach.

Seaford Cottage was just perfect for our stay in February, where the outside temperature dipped to below freezing. It was so lovely to return after a day out to a warm and comfortable house where the owners obviously work hard to make your stay as good as possible - it’s definitely a home from home with little extras that many holiday properties don’t supply.

The welcome basket on arrival was definitely one of the best we have enjoyed in a holiday property. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds and furniture comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved baking our own bread in the bread maker, which was supplied with packets of bread making mix. We made use of the games room (backgammon, Wii, table football etc). The off-street parking was great too.

We do plan to return again, most likely in warmer weather so as to be able to enjoy the garden and patio.

We are regular visitors to Premier Cottages and we found that this property ranked amongst the best we have occupied to date. It is well located in a quiet village within walking distance of the sea. It is an excellent base for visiting the attractions of North Norfolk and further afield. An added bonus were the warm welcome we received at the local cafe (Ali’s) and public house (The Ship) both being a short stroll from the cottage.

A wonderful festive stay. Seaford Holiday Cottage is beautifully equipped and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Sarah was so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy a lovely weekend away in Norfolk including a fabulous trip to the Thursford Spectacular. We couldn't recommend this wonderful property more highly!
