Bwthyn Lil has a large sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with seating for four; two double bedrooms, one with raised balcony and spectacular views over Carn Llidi; one new bathroom. There is a secluded, shared garden overlooking the Cathedral Bell Tower with lovely views towards Carn Llidl.

This was our second stay and will not be our last. The cottage is warm and so very welcoming. Everything is kept to a very high standard and extremely clean. It fits our requirements perfectly.

Our first stay in Bwythyn Lil. I loved it as it was so quirky with all sorts of nooks and crannies. A central spot with lots of walks, eateries on your door step. Along with your own secluded garden in which you can watch the numerous birds or listen to the Cathederal bells.

Very generous supply of tea and coffee plus Welsh cakes to greet you.

A few minor electrical hiccups, however, these were quickly resolved.

It might be a good idea to have two different coloured sets of towels, with four people sharing one bathroom.

Bwthyn Lil is simply gorgeous. Perfectly proportioned; extremely comfortable; filled with so many thoughtful touches, we wanted for nothing. The location in St David's is very convenient indeed, and St David's itself is the most delightful little city. If we are ever in West Wales in the future, we wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We have had another very enjoyable stay at this lovely cottage. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Its central location makes it an ideal base, with the beach nearby and easy access to the coastal path, perfect for lovely walks and exploring the surrounding area. We would happily recommend the cottage to others and would definitely love to return!

Well I spent an hour writing about this place giving it a good review and the general area then went to read Terms and conditions and then lost the whole damn lot - waste of my time.
In a nut shell very briefly, 2nd and final attempt.
Place we stayed at recommended for a small family: 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds, smallish bedrooms. Self catering with all the gadgets provided; professionally run business with a good eye to detail; so well done there; no issues.
We went in late September and it cost 700 quid for the week but not sure whether that is good or bad as in the recent past we would go camping but those days are, sadly, over with the wife.
Enjoyed the holiday, weather was sunny/cloudy with rain mostly o/night pretty good for Wales but very windy which is typical for coastal Pembrokeshire as I`m a dab hand at the area having had St Davids as my childhood go to place 60 odd years ago now re-visited but probably, for numerous reasons, for the last time.
The question is would I go again? In all honesty probably not, that not to say that we were disappointed in anyway and that is a fact; we both enjoyed our 1 week stay there but we normally never go anywhere twice because it is never the same second time around and at 700 quid a shot plus spending money on top that is real money to me/us and so not Magic Tree Money, on the other hand we had not gone on holiday for several years and this could well be our final fling due to advanced age; you can`t turn the clock back can you?

We had a great stay in Ty Gwylim. The cottage had everything we needed, great location and extremely comfortable. The owners had thought of everything to ensure that this felt like home from home. The garden was lovely and a nice space to enjoy meals al fresco.
The location in the centre of St Davids was perfect and the added bonus was being able to park right outside the cottage.

What an idyllic cottage in the perfect location! So beautiful to watch breathtaking sunsets over the cathedral and the sea in the distance. Will definitely want to return again!

After coming to St. Davids for many years, we finally found Bwthyn Lil. This absolute gem is tucked away right in the centre and has the added bonus of an included parking space. (a rarity in St. Davids)
The beautiful cottage is wonderfully quiet yet fully equipped with all mod cons while retaining its original style and charm.
The property has a lovely private garden and seating areas and Bwthyn Lil has a wonderful balcony overlooking the Cathedral and the sea in the distance.
Great communication with the th eowner, David both during and after booking and Dawn, the on-site manager is lovely, friendly, responsive and readily available.
We highly recommend and have already booked again for next year!

We enjoyed our week's holiday at Bwthyn Lil. The location was perfect, close to the centre of St David's and the cathedral and within easy access to the coastal path. The cottage was cosy and well equipped. Information and instructions about the property were helpful and Dawn was welcoming. We would love to stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

Bwthyn Lil is a cosy cottage right in the centre of St David’s. It is well equipped with everything needed for your holiday. It is ideally located for exploring the city and the coastal path is only a few minutes walk away. We had a lovely break and would highly recommend the cottage and the area for a relaxing break.
