We stayed for 2 nights Mid-December for a corporate retreat to plan, reset and celebrate. Manor Farmhouse is the most stunning location. Impeccably presented and comprehensively kitted out, we wanted for nothing and relaxed straight into our stay. The house has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated by a team that obviously cares deeply about their customers. We are looking forward to returning for a repeat visit next year.

Had an absolutely wonderful time here. Beautifully furnished with lovely rooms, gorgeous walks from the door, local market towns to visit and a pub 2 mins round the corner that does fabulous takeaways and a delicious Sunday lunch.
We can’t wait to come back next year (if it is available!)

This is our third year on holiday at the Manor Farmhouse. We are a family of 13 with 3 dogs it is a charming place to stay . The surrounding area is wonderful and varied for walking.
It is professionally managed with excellent customer service. The large dining room and proximity to the large kitchen works very well. Two dishwashers plus a generous amount and variety of glasses plates makes catering easy .
We hope to return again next year.

I found Manor Farmhouse on Google while looking for a cottage for 14 friends for a photography retreat. It was a very pleasant experience to correspond to the manor before & after booking. Since I was hosting the retreat, I wanted to make sure everything was arranged properly for the group. Liam Aggett from Overbury, was kind enough to be on 2 calls with me to discuss the details. When I actually reached the Manor, it was even more beautiful than it looked on the website! The gardens in front & lawns behind the manor are so gorgeous! The kitchen was magnificent, rooms very well designed & appointed, and the car park is big enough for 5-6 cars to park. Liam was quick to respond to my messages. My retreat participants absolutely loved the experience! I found a wonderful chef for us through Liam & I am very grateful for that. I would come back to the manor in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it for large families & groups for celebrations, retreats etc

We hosted a retreat with 12 guests and 4 hosts and couldn't have hoped for a better space.

Very cool design and practical fittings as well, located in the most peaceful village on earth. All guests left feeling totally restored, thank you!

A family gathering for an extended celebration of a Diamond Wedding Anniversary. A thoroughly enjoyable occasion, made more joyous by the opportunity to stay in Manor Farmhouse , a lovely and so well appointed home. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold countryside, it provided the ideal starting point for country walks, visits to National Trust properties, picturesque towns and characterful hostelries. Manor Farmhouse was the perfect place for all 4 families to be together. The dining room and kitchen was a fantastic space for us all be together, not only for the Christmas Day meal but to sit around the table and do jigsaw puzzles and play card games together. The beautiful Christmas Tree, where Santa left the presents was very special. The two sitting rooms provided extra space to spend time watching a film, by the cosy wood burner or relaxing reading a book.
The boot room made a wonderful place for the two youngest ( 7 and 4) to play.
All the family commented on the comfort of the beds and the bathrooms and showers were spotless.
We had the most amazing stay and would love to do it again!

A group of 18 of us stayed at the Manor Farmhouse for a long weekend in October of this year. Ten adults and 8 young children and we were very impressed with everything! Prior to this booking we had numerous false starts with other companies with poor customer service, misinformation and over inflated prices for a group looking to find someone nice, safe and with that little bit of luxury in the Cotswolds area. Our whole experience couldn't have been anymore different with the Manor Farmhouse. They went above and beyond to accommodate our wants and needs, were lighting fast to any questions we had and made us feel so welcome (not always the case with lots of children!).

That is all before we even stepped in the house which is simply stunning! Every room was fantastic, so many bathrooms which were needed, two living areas with comfortable furnishings and a kitchen/dining room which was perfect for our group and the different meal times. The outside space was vast and the car park perfect for all our vehicles. There is even an electric charging point for cars!

Location wise it is lovely with a nice pub next door , that did takeaway food for our group one night and with a great beer garden for the kids to play in whilst that adults had a much needed drink.

I highly recommend the Manor Farmhouse, we will be booking again for next year!

We have stayed in Manor Farmhouse for the past two years. It is perfect for a large family ( 5 teens, 19-13 ) all bedrooms have a bathroom . In addition each family is able to bring their dog. The proximity to beautiful walks from the house is also a great asset . We all feel Overbury is a very special place.

The house is lovely and spacious. Everything in it is top quality. There is a stylish coherence to the country house decor: fresh flowers in every room. Each of the eight bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with top quality toiletries, bathrobes and plenty of fluffy towels. Every room has drawers and hanging space with padded and wooden hangers also a dressing mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything anyone would need. There are dining tables both in and outside the house.
The area is quintessentially Cotswolds. There are plenty of footpaths, so interesting walks straight from the house. The Yew Tree pub is just a short stroll away.

The team at Overbury went above and beyond in helping us pull together our company Away Day at short notice. They were incredibly responsive, helping us arrange accommodation and venue hire as well as catering and restaurant reservations - not to mention a talk and guided tour of the farm by Jake Freestone, which was a real treat since our team is focused on sustainable farming!

Manor Farmhouse was simply sublime - gorgeously decorated rooms with en suites, an incredibly well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of common room for us to hang out for team-building activities in the evening. The setting in the village was beautiful, and our team had a great time walking around enjoying the fresh air and gorgeous Cotswold scenery. The workspace at Old Village Shop was just a short walk from Manor Farmhouse, and the meeting space was well-equipped for AV presentation.

There were some minor technical glitches on the second day, but the staff bent over backwards to get them solved and was very happy to have our feedback on anything that could be improved, which was really appreciated.

Thank you Overbury Team! We can't wait to come back for our next off-site. :)

We stayed at Manor Farmhouse recently for a family wedding. It was the perfect base for family, best men and ushers and we enjoyed relaxing for a few days before the big event. The house is big enough for a large party (there were max 14 of us ) and yet it feels cosy and comfortable when there are fewer people.

The house is beautifully decorated but keeps a welcoming feeling and is not overly formal. The beds are very comfortable with great pillows, duvets and immaculate linen. Towelling robes and hairdryers are provided in every bedroom.

We stayed in very cold weather and the logburners were much appreciated. I would think that the house would be equally lovely to stay in during warmer months with a choice of terraces and loungers.

We are a group of Old Codgers and 11 of us had a great time staying at Manor Farmhouse for a few days.

The House is extremely well appointed with a great kitchen and beautiful dining room overlooking the patio and gardens. This is a great space for socialising and dining.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are very well appointed with 2 sittings rooms for those that want to relax in comfort.

Our host Alison met us at the house and provided a comprehensive review of what we needed for a comfortable stay.

The wifi worked extremely well with no problems what so ever.

A great place to stay in a beautiful area. One of our party is actually returning later this year with another party !

We spent a very happy week at Manor Farmhouse. It is perfect for a large family party, which including 5 teenagers. We loved the comfortable ensuite bedrooms, The kitchen and dining room were excellent . The boot room worked well for us all and especially the dogs.

Local walks straight from the garden were varied and enjoyable. It was a lovely place to stay .

We stayed at Manor Farmhouse to celebrate a big birthday and had a fantastic time. We were a group of 12-14 adults, all the bedrooms are lovely and each has its own bathroom which is a huge bonus in a group that don't all know each other. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a wine fridge! It's a very remote location so would advise having a car, but this wasn't an issue for us and in fact we only used the car for the odd supermarket run. The team that look after the property are also very friendly, answered any questions we had and we were greeted on check in and check out. Would definitely stay again should there be an occasion!

14 of us stayed here for a large family holiday, something we have done at several properties in England and Wales in the last few years- this might be the best. Being a relatively new holiday let Manor Farmhouse is equipped to a very high standard, with everything we needed for our stay. Given that we chose one of the hottest and driest weeks of the year, we were also able to make good use of the garden and outdoor seated areas.

The area around Conderton is stunning and we got a good walk in up to Bredon Hill, with excellent views in all directions.

The very local pub (The Yew Tree Inn) is an excellent place for drinks and no-nonsense pub grub. The staff made us feel very welcome on every one of 8 visits there!

Given the quality of the property, the location and things to do in the area I can fully recommend Manor Farmhouse as a family friendly place to stay.

What a wonderful house this is. We had a long weekend here and spent a lot of time in the garden and outside eating areas. All the bedrooms were so comfortable and the house as a whole (including kitchen equipment) was so well equipped for every need. We will certainly be back. We have rented a house once a year for the past 10 years for family reunions and can honestly say this has been the best one yet.

We couldn't have wished for a better venue to get together with family after the Pandemic. We had a personal and heartfelt welcome to the house which was a great size, full of character but with a modern feel too. Each bedroom was individually decorated with its own features, all but one with ensuite, a large family bathroom was close to the one bedroom without ensuite. The large kitchen had everything we could need to store food, cook and serve meals. In addition, we used the barbecue provided. The large dining room with three sets of French windows leading out to the wraparound patio catered well for our family which included two young children. We loved the loungers and outside seating for the times we just wanted to relax or play with the children. The garden space was much used as were the local walks with great views. The sitting rooms were lovely for small groups to retire to when necessary, such as the little ones when tired and wanting to recharge their batteries in front of their favourite tv programmes. We made memories in this house which will last a lifetime and we have the photographs to prove it.

The provided the perfect location to enjoy time together and let the kids have fun in a safe and beautiful location. This was our second stay at Manor Farmhouse, this time around for my husband's 40th birthday. We had a mix of ages in our party, from friends our own age to elderly parents, and we can honestly say that everyone was very comfortable throughout the stay. Because of the separate reception rooms downstairs there is plenty of space to spread out and find peace and quiet if you need it. The house itself is beautiful and every bedroom having it's own bathroom is a huge plus and one of the main reasons we booked here again - it takes all the stress out of holiday rentals if everyone has their own shower!

Everything is meticulously looked after, from the plants and flowers in the gardens and around the patios, to the extensive library of books to enjoy in the front rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and having the second dishwasher in the utility room is a godsend with so many people to look after.

Penelope and her team were fantastic throughout, and despite an initial breakdown in communication that was soon put right, contact, booking and planning were all easy and convenient.

The app with details on travel, taxis and local pubs was appreciated and useful. Local pubs at Beckford (Beckford Inn) and Conderton (Yew Tree) can both be highly recommended for lunch. If we'd stayed longer we'd have loved to try The Crown Inn in Kemerton, and also the coffee shop there looks great too.

All in all, a perfect location for a big get together surrounded by gorgeous countryside and plenty of home comforts. Highly recommended.

Manor Farm was a superb base for our extended family. The spacious accommodation was luxuriously appointed and we all enjoyed cooking and sharing meals around the large table. Everything was to hand and having two dishwashers was a real bonus! We went on some great walks with superb views - the location, house and garden are perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. I organised a school reunion for 12 girlfriends who were travelling from all parts of the UK and Manor Farmhouse seemed the perfect location right in the heart of a beautiful village called Conderton. We stayed 3 nights which allowed us to enjoy the perks in the house, such as our own robes, beautiful bathrooms and extremely comfy beds and pillows. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and the decor of each room was so individual you'd be happy in any room.
The kitchen is spacious with ample fridge and drinks space, there are 2 dishwashers which were essential and then a open dining room off the kitchen which allowed us to chat and dance and anyone who had gone to bed early didn't hear any of it. The sonos played music in the 2 downstairs sitting rooms and dining room and you could choose which rooms the music played in.
The house has all the kitchen essentials you would need, very well equipped.
There are great walks on the doorstep and a pub next to the house if you want a change of scene.
We all loved our stay and would definitely return and already a few of my friends are talking about having their 50ths there.
The house can be used for a holiday, business meeting (with 3 break out rooms) or a girls school reunion.
A very happy time spent in a gorgeous house - I couldn't recommend staying here more highly.

My friends and I had the most magical weekend at Manor Farmhouse, where every detail was so thoughtfully planned. Highlights included; a bakers menu to select your sourdough for arrival, a wonderful local chef cooking on Saturday night, beautiful and varied walks, and the biggest boot room I have ever seen for all the guests outdoor wear! Lots of lovely pubs in the area including next door neighbour The Yew Tree! Two delicious coffee shops in either direction to encourage children outside with a hot chocolate, and fields of horses, sheep and cows to count!

I couldn't recommend it highly enough - WILL BE BACK!!

We hired the house for a 70th birthday party and it was perfect for 4 families with children. Plenty of space to roam and explore, a boot room perfect for the vast number of shoes, boots and mud from the farm and comfortable rooms with great character. The house provides everything you could need except a pizza cutter! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend.

Manor Farmhouse provided a perfect setting for a family reunion. All the rooms are beautifully appointed and there was plenty of space for us to both be together and find some peace and quiet when needed. The village is delightful with a lovely local pub, serving great food and drink. Would highly recommend the property and the team were helpful in the planning stages.

Such a special property, beautifully designed and decorated, with all the amenities you could desire - even a pizza oven! This stunning home is in a quintessential Cotswolds village, with a friendly community and conveniently located around the corner from the local pub--there are also terrific walks and hikes around the area, with spectacular views. We've spent a weekend at Manor Farmhouse for our AGM, the best place possible to do so. We've had a projector, screen and whiteboard waiting for us to be used. Every room is with en-suite so by the end of the day we've had our privacy. The WiFi is excellent everywhere in the house and the kitchen very well equipped.
