We booked The Cottage at Loch Fyne as we wanted easy access to the water for our tender boat & we were not disappointed ❤️ The accommodation was beautifully looked after, well equipped & was easy access to all the main tourist attractions in the area. We would definitely recommend staying here & would rebook if we are coming back to the area. Mairi & Dan
We were looking for a complete getaway and we got away! The house was as nice as it appeared and the location was ideal - not too remote but very peaceful yet near enough to shops for groceries etc. The house had everything we needed plus little extras like biscuits and a little decanter of whisky to make it a very special stay. Very comfortable beds and good showers. Magnifying make-up mirrors and lots of hooks - perfect! It was dog friendly - but to be picky a safe, enclosed garden would have been good. Loch Fyne is a well kept secret and the sun shone for us!
All in all an excellent place for our family to have a short stay. (included Baby and small dog) From initial booking to to all queries promptly answered by Amanda the trip was most smooth - aside from the weather gods not being so kind but we live in Scotland so always prepared. House has a nice open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs and 2 bedrooms (one ensuite). There is a 3rd bedroom and second lounge upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We had a lovely, relaxing family holiday here. The owners looked after us really well before and during our visit, including rescuing us the day we locked ourselves out, and couldn’t have been more helpful. The cottage is very sweet, with bright, calm bedrooms and a cosy sitting room for the evenings. Best of all was sitting at the front of the cottage on the outside furniture, in the sunshine, overlooking the loch.
