We were all thrilled with our bedrooms, bathrooms, communal lounges and kitchen. All our needs were catered for and it was glorious to look out at the view and sea. The town was easy to access on foot and other areas of Anglesey were easy to visit. There were only 7 of us (2 of our group were unfortunately unable to join us due to medical problems.) We are all of the 'Grey Pound' era but this property would suit all ages. Also we were extremely lucky with the weather - hot sun all week. Such a nice change from our inclement Summer! We all left at the end of the week feeling refreshed having thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Also thank you to Paul who was always on hand to answer any questions.

I was lucky enough to have 2 weeks in this delightful property sharing with different family members and dogs. With so much space it is ideal for a wide range of ages with the ground floor bedroom and wet room especially suited to the more elderly.
The dogs loved the large grassy communal area as well as the secure garden and the hot tub was a big hit. My daughter was able to work in comfort from the desk in the downstairs lounge.
I particularly appreciated the communication I had with Ben the owner who never failed to reply speedily to any email.
I have been saying in this corner of Anglesey for nearly 70 years and am now totally spoilt as this is the most magnificent house ever. I felt little need to venture from the house as it was such a pleasure to be there.

The house easily accommodated a large family group aged from 1 to 80 and a dog. We each had a favourite spot both inside and out. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had family members more than happy to cook for us. Eating together outdoors at the large undercover table was a delight.
The views are magnificent especially from the upstairs lounge.
We particularly appreciated having Paul on site to answer any queries and chat about the gardens and the other accommodation available.

We were a multi generational family group and found the house to be perfect for our stay. The house is beautifully done up with some amazing period features and is also very practical with all the rooms en suite and two ground floor bedrooms. The location couldn’t be better - a 5 min walk into town and with the most mesmerising views. Would highly recommend.

We keep coming back here as it is so wonderful for our family. The house never disappoints, it is immaculately maintained and so comfortable for our family. We organised this week away to celebrate our Ruby wedding, the group consisted of 10 adults, 1 baby and Alfie the whole families working cocker spaniel!
The house really worked for us, my husbands elderly parents were with us and they chose the room closest to the kitchen, we put eldest daughter and son in law in the accessible room, so they could put the cot in the wet room, our granddaughter is a noisy sleeper. My husband and I occupied the master with its stunning views over the menia straits. Youngest daughter and her friend occupied one of the twin rooms, daughters in laws occupied the remaining double and twin.
Each room was decorated to a very high standard, with attention to detail evident throughout the property. The upstairs lounge really is properly set up with tea and coffee facilities, a sink, kettle, cups, fridge and bin all carefully built in and for you to discover.
On the evening of our wedding anniversary a private chef, Thomas Middleton came in to cook for us, a fantastic night was had by all. Paul the manager asked if we had enjoyed our time, answered the question himself, the bottles were evidence enough, haha . Despite the weather being mixed, we had a great time, the location is excellent, with Beaumaris being a lively town, with cafes, restaurants and really good independent shops.
The girls did zip world . We also visited the north of the island, highly recommend, a trip to South stacks lighthouse, the coastline is absolutely stunning. Anglesey we will be back. Thank you for sharing your house with us we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.

This wonderful home is perfect for our large family. The patio area at the rear is great for storing paddle boards, bikes and wetsuits. I cannot think of anything that needs changing to make it more perfect. It is just a short stroll into Beaumaris and has wonderful views onto the Menai Straits.
This is the third time we have stayed here and can’t wait to come back

We had a lovely holiday with our extended family staying in Beaumaris. Our accommodation was Ty Pinc which is a superb house and wonderfully equipped, decorated and furnished. It really is something special.

This is the second time we’ve all as a family joined together at Ty Pinc and yet again it was perfect . The web site doesn’t do it justice ! The views from the upstairs lounge are exceptional and change with the weather !! The bathrooms are hotel standards with no shortage of hot water. The beds are so comfy . We like to cook and the kitchen is the best we’ve ever used with high spec ovens etc and every pan , utensil , bowl , glass you could ever need !
We came back and were glad we did !
You can walk into Beaumaris for everything you need and use the car to explore further . The caretaker is always on hand and the car parking area is secured with cctv .
As soon as we leave we can’t wait to go back .
Ben has been great answering any queries and seems to genuinely care that you enjoy your holiday .

Sleeps 12 people incredibly comfortably and has full disabled access. Perfect for big family events with 4 on site parking places. Not cheap but we’ll worth it for the comfort and facilities

Had the most wonderful Christmas break at Ben & Holly's hideaway in Ty Pinc. The house is beautifully decorated and perfect for a family get together for 12 people everyone said lets do it again next year !. The house is very user friendly and is equipped with everything you need, and if there is something you need ( a measuring Jug) so sooner said than one appears! The huge table in the kitchen comfortably seats 12 people and most of our time was spend eating, drinking and playing games around this table but also two very comfortable lounges to sit and chil,l the upstairs lounge especially has stunning views over the Menai straits. 5 minute walk to the very pretty town of Beaumaris where there is everything you could need and lots of fabulous walks in the area. Would definitely recommend a stay at Ty Pinc
