Have visited Ty Stabl many times and it never disappoints! Very warm, comfortable and spacious. The best views in the world from the lovely balcony. Incredibly comfy beds. Our favourite holiday house!

My mum lives a stones throw away from the property and my grandparents knew the old owners. It was amazing to spend time in the house again, but it was very different in those days! What Ben and Holly have done to it is truly amazing, both the exterior and interior have changed dramatically - It's just missing a pool and hot tub now! We held my mum 80th Birthday party there with friends and family visiting us throughout the afternoon/evening (including Paul the Gardner who plays cards with my mum) We were lucky in the fact the other houses weren't rented out so we could use the communal garden and the weather was simply divine. As a result the whole weekend was fantastic and we're now thinking how we can save up to come back. The only comment I would make is the older guests found the showers hard to use and the TV remote in the snug needs looking at, not that the kids needed it to be fair!

Our 3rd visit to Ty-Stabl and it was a wonderful as ever.
Gorgeous location with ever changing views across the Menai and large garden.
Beautiful and spacious house with every amenity you could want.
Very comfy beds and lovely bed linen in the beautiful bedrooms.
Lovely large lounge, dining and kitchen all open plan on the first floor with large patio doors and balcony enabling guests to make the most of the views.
Paul the site manager is often busy in the gardens and is very helpful.
We love Ty-Stabl.

Arrived to a lovely clean home. On entering the lounge area you’re hit with the wow factor, the large window doors open onto the fabulous balcony with the most spectacular view of the Menai Strait. Comfy beds, great sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, great kitchen, outside area for the dog, comfy annex, easy walk into Beaumaris, lots of parking, what more could we wish for - this was for a family birthday gathering. Thank you also to the gentleman caretaker who was also very knowledgeable and helped with advice on where we could get a tyre mended!!! We would love to return to this fabulous house- fingers crossed.

Great property in a great location. We usually have a large family break in June somewhere in the UK, Ty Stabl has certainly been up there with some of the best places we’ve stayed at. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was our second stay at Ty Stabl after staying at Ty Pinc last year. Both provide exceptional accommodation. The houses are very comfortable and both finished to an excellent standard. The views are what make it so special. They change with the weather and time of day. We have thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the lounge taking in the spectacular scenery.

Ben and Holly have thought of everything. We have stayed in different accommodation over the last 14 years and this is by far the best!

We have just returned from a lovely week in this lovely house in a wonderful location. The house is beautifully decorated with everything a family could possibly need. The costal theme running through the house is perfect and reflects the amazing views from the house. We all fell in love with the location and the amazing house and we cannot wait to return. We booked Ty Stabl but we were upgraded to Ty Pinc. This property was located on the same yard as Ty Stabl.
The property was a perfect home for our family holiday (a group of 10).
The property was so comfortable and well equipped - every bedroom had a lovely en-suite.
It was a short walk (5 mins) into Beaumaris, the paddling pool and park was a great free activity for the kids and the castle (slightly further away) was great for exploring.

The house is stunning with the most wonderful and ever changing views across the Menai to Snowdonia.
This was our 2nd visit and we had a lovely family time with plenty of space for us all.
The lounge, kitchen diner on the first floor is stunning and has a balcony and it’s lovely just to sit and look over the gorgeous gardens and then on to the Menai and Snowdonia, we said it was better than any TV.
The bedrooms are all beautiful and the beds are so very comfy and the bathrooms beautiful with plenty of towels.
There’s also a great utility room on the ground floor.
When we arrived at the property it was absolutely squeaky clean.
The site manager Paul is so kind and helpful.
We love this place.

Beautiful house with amazing views from every window. Had a week stay, house was clean and well maintained, easy walking distance into Beaumaris which has everything you need. The annex was prefect for our 17 year old and friend, to be with us but also to have a bit of independence. Only down side for us was the main road was a constant noise, but it was the main season we when in.

Pros - The view across the straits was absolutely gorgeous and parking for 4 vehicles was great. The lounge and kitchen area were brilliant for socialising and the bedrooms were all of a good size. The decor was lovely and the gardens were very nice too. Really close to the centre of town and all the amenities.
Cons -Ccleaning the dog hair from the previous guests on arrival,. There were only 2 showers for 4 bedrooms and one ensuite had a connecting door with the utility room and washer/dryer, which was a bit disconcerting as it had no lock. The ground floor was much colder than the rest of the building and the thermostat was in a warm area of the house. We never figured out how to get the rads on to take away the damp chill feel and so only used those bedrooms to sleep in. We found some of the appliance instructions were a bit vague tbh. There was also a musty smell. The smell in the garden room was much stronger and we bought air fresheners and a candle to try and mask it. There were a lot of wood louse in the garden room and the WiFi signal wouldn't reach and so we had a visit to Argos in Bangor to buy a plug in signal booster. It was £15 and worked in one of the kitchen sockets btw. There was only one key for the main house and so those in the garden room got "thrown out" when we went to bed and couldn't get in the house again until the front door was unlocked the next morning. Paul did give us a second key but we found both keys very difficult to use and had a lot of difficulty locking and unlocking the door. Paul was going to look into this as it is obviously a fire hazard. We wanted to put the lounge fire on one cooler evening but couldn't get it to work. It turned out that there were no batteries in the remote! Sorry for all the cons but a lot of them are really easy to sort out and make this the 5 star property it deserves to be.

Ben & Holly's is the first time I can give 10/10 for any stay in the UK the house is brilliant with a perfect location looking into the menai straight plenty of room 5 mins from Beaumaris nice little village with nice restaurants and pubs we will definitely return to Ben & Holly's and a special mention to the Gardener sorry I forgot his name he was an absolute gentleman and his knowledge of local history was brilliant take a bow sir

We have stayed at Ty Stabl twice for a university friends reunion and have already booked for next year. The social space with the house is ideal and the bedrooms extremely comfortable. The view is lovely whatever the weather and having Beaumaris on the doorstep is a bonus.
