We were wowed from the moment we walked in. Such a high standard of accommodation - everything you could possibly want. Bedrooms great, kitchen amazing and a cosy sitting room. Having the pub next door with such excellent staff was a great benefit. We were greeted like old friends. Will definitely be returning
Our second time staying in Plough Cottage, it feels like a home away from home. The welcome package was a lovely touch. The food at the pub was great and there was always a warm welcome. Who knows, we may well be back again at some point.
Booked for one of our employees who was working in the area and they loved it. Said it was one of the best accommodations they had stay in - 5 stars!
Tucked away in the countryside, albeit not far from the M3 motorway, is a little jewel of an apartment. Perfectly appointed with a comprehensive array of kitchen units, a lovely little stove in the old bakers oven recess, and a comfortable bed settee in the living area. Upstairs the bedroom is a perfect size with plenty of storage space and the en-suite bathroom and shower unit nicely arranged. If you’re elderly or tall you might find the steep steps and beam in the bedroom a little daunting but other than that it’s near perfect.
