Plough Cottage was warm, clean and welcoming, with ample parking for all the cars. We were ideally situated for exploring Winchester and the beautiful National Trust properties in the locale. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Such a lovely place to stay, peaceful, very clean. Every facility you could think of. It really is wonderful. Such a great spot too, the food and service in the pub next door is fabulous. Great walks, beautiful village. What started off being a nightmare with the possibility of having to cancel ended up being a well needed break we didn’t want to leave. Even considered booking an extra night. The staff were so incredibly helpful, thank you! We’ll be going back.
Lovely village & great pub. Beautifully renovated & fab accommodation & facilities. Amazing food too. The Barrel Room was fab & had everything we needed. Staff & the villagers were all friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend & there’s lots to do & see in the surrounding areas.
