We had a fantastic Christmas at the Plough Cottage! It had all the extra little touches that elevate a stay from nice to amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here and also visiting the pub next door which was lovely.
The Bakery is just the place to stay former a comfortable short break. Well equipped and having the additional benefits of the Northbrook Arms.
We were attending my companies christmas party and so we booked the barrel room so that we didn't have to worry about booking taxi or rely on family. It was lovely accommodation, clean tidy and perfect for our 1 night stay. The extra touches of fruit and biscuits left in the kitchen and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash). There was an information book in the room of places to visit, history and current menus available. We had booked breakfast in the morning that was lovely.
