Great location in a beautiful village. Lovely cottage with great rooms for children and adults alike
The location and pub services were perfect for our short break providing relaxation and plenty to explore in the local area. Being able to take our dog was essential for us. The welcome pack provided everything needed including some lovely fresh bread. The Old Bakery cottage was super clean and cosy with easy parking. We enjoyed a fantastic meal in the pub and, if required, breakfast is available in the pub, although we chose not to. Everything from booking, getting there, and equipment in the cottage made our stay seamless.
Callum and the team were fantastic. We stayed in one of the on-sight cottage’s. The entire stay from start to finish was great. Food was incredible and we had the cocktails flowing on our last night. They were freshly made and none of the watered down rubbish which some pubs serve. Sunday we had one of the best roasts we have ever had. I have a severe nut allergy and the staff and kitchen were very thorough and ensured my safety was paramount. This made eating with them very reassuring and put me at ease.
