Dalmore Bothy is a luxurious, 2 bedroomed, secluded brand new Bothy.
It boasts a large decking surrounding the entire Bothy which allows you to choose where to catch the sun throughout the day.

The Bothy sits 600ft above the Strathmore Valley and faces South with Panoramic views.
It has a wood fired Stove and has exceptional insulation built in.

The Bothy sits on a private part of a working hill Farm surrounded by pasture areas mainly grazed by Horses.
Ample play area adjacent to Bothy for the kids to play / explore.

The rear of the Bothy has a shallow stream running past the deck which is wonderful to relax next to - listening to the sound of running water.

It is pet friendly.

This property hrecently had a new hot tub installed on its huge deck area.
This provides a very family friendly Bothy.

We spent three nights at the Dalmore Bothy. It is a beautiful location, with a comfortable and well-appointed cottage. The bedrooms and lounge have great views, and we found it very convenient to travel into the Blairgowrie for dinners. The surrounding area offered lots of activities - a trip to Scone Palace, a walk in the hills, horseriding with Maryan Waring. Karen was a very welcoming and helpful host. We would definitely stay again.

We had a 2 night stay here during October. The bothy is spotless with everything you need. Great views and a lovely log burner. Booked up for Christmas next year. Many thanks to Karen for an excellent stay. Looking forward to coming back.

Had a lovely stay at Dalmore Bothy. Beautiful views. Loved sitting infront of the fire, so cosy and relaxing. Hot tub at night was great. Overall a lovely place to go if you want to relax and unwind.

Fantastic stay at a lovely bothy. Dalmore has been tastefully set out to make your stay welcoming and relaxing. Welcome pack, visitor info, robes all nice touches. Wonderful stay for 3 nights on our way home after a week on Loch Ewe. Hope to be back. Thank you.

Lovely relaxing few days break during the summer holidays. Beds were comfy, everything clean and nice little touches felt special. The location is great, and the views amazing. The children loved making friends with the horses. Thank you

Our stay was lovely. Maryan greeted us after we contacted Karen by text and were connected with her. She left us a welcome basket with eggs, nice ground coffee, and some hard seltzers and more. The experience was very smooth. The bothy is lovely and comfortable, fun to cook there and enjoy the scenery.
We had a flat tire when parked on the property and Maryan and William were gracious with checkout timing and helped us get a tire inflator and consider our options. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed with our 2 kids and dog and all had a great time. The Bothy is gorgeous - thoughtfully kitted out and very comfortable. Absolutely immaculate too. Location was fab - easy to get to things to entertain the kids but we were very happy doing walks with them, drifting to lovely local food and hanging out at the bothy. We received a lovely warm welcome and would definitely stay again. Kids loved it and are now begging for a horse !

What a stunning stay in the Dalmore. Stunning views, lovely hosts who were so helpful and friendly. Loved the luxury touches such as the large bath sheets and dressing gowns supplied. Plenty to do and see or if you want to just relax with a view also this is the place for you. Whilst the weather for us would have made a hot tub unusable I can imagine a hot tub would be perfect in less stormy conditions!

What a fantastic place. The accommodation is amazing, with unbelievable attention to detail. Customer service was excellent. Karen and her family were absolutely amazing and so helpful. We will certainly be back.

Had a great stay spotless bothy we had a couple of days of good weather and enjoyed sitting outside looking at the beautiful views and lovely walks with tje dogs. Karen is an amazing host very helpful made us Mulled Wine on a stormy day. Will return and recommend

We have had a lovely relaxing few days away at Dalmore. The bothy was really comfortable and well equipped. Lovely to come back to after a days walking in the surrounding hills.

It's a great place to be. Incredible view from the bedroom. Karen and Philip are such nice people. Dalmore bothy is new and modern, with a lot of comfort. Everything you need is there. Especially a goal with a footbal and other thing to play with outside. Our son could not be happier.

Lovely setting and beautiful accommodation. Plenty of home comforts and good advice provided in the information booklet. Easy access to walks, bike tracks and the cairngorms. Fabulous break.

We have enjoyed the most lovely week away here. Everything is perfect. The view, the hosts, the Cottage.
We arrived at Dalamore and everything was spotlessly clean, homely and well thought through. We have totally relaxed and will come back again.
Thankyou for having us and also for allowing our little one to feed the horses.

Dalmore Bothy is such a luxurious place to relax, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The front veranda captures both morning and evening sun and looks out across fields with horses. Good outdoor seating area, BBQ and play space for children (football net and swing ball). Great location to explore Perthshire. We will definitely return!

We booked the Bothy for a much needed escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and looking for some relaxation and chill out time. It was ideal for all of that. Location was superb, the actual bothy is a fully equipped house, finished to a great standard, beautiful. The hosts were friendly & delightful and surprised us with some added touches that I wont spoil for any future guests. We will definitely be back.

A fantastic three days in a rural yet accessible location, the Dalmore Bothie is a beautiful building finished to a high standard. On arrival we were greeted with a wonderful welcome pack, including fresh local produce.
Karen was very welcoming when showing us around the place, we loved the outdoor games collection and the personal touches, really can’t think of anything more you could want. We will be back again to say for sure. Thank you, Danny & Natasha

We stayed for 2 nights in Dalmore, the bothy was stunning & catered for all of our needs. Everything inside was of an extremely high standard & we enjoyed relaxing looking out over the countryside & horses surrounding the bothy. Karen was an excellent host, was contactable & left a lovely welcome basket of local goodies & a nice leaving bag too which was a special touch. We’ll be recommending Greengairs to our friends and hope to return soon.

We are just home from 3 nights at Dalmore Bothy. Location is peaceful and views are lovely to wake up too. We had a lovely Easter hamper from the owner Karen and also a going away goody bag was left on tye doorstep including a treat for our dog Little touches like that and the comfort of this Bothy would make anyone return.

Home from home, very relaxed atmosphere. Karen was so lovely and friendly showing us around. Lovely little touches to make us feel wlecomed. Great views. Only small thing, would have preferred a blackout blind in bedroom. Will definately be back to Greengairs again!

My wife, two sons and I stayed at the lovely Dalmore Bothy during February half term and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. From start to finish the owner and host Karen couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, from when we booked, to arrival and even leaving a bag of goodies for the kids for our journey home.

The bothy itself is very well presented throughout, clean, and with everything you need for some relaxing nights away. The kids were kept well entertained and my wife & I relaxed taking in the great views. The surrounding countryside, and town of Blairgowrie are great, and an ideal place to explore the surrounding areas. Day trips to Glenshee and Loch Tay were spectacular.
