A wonderful location with spectacular views.
The Bothy was very well designed and comfortable.
The owners were very welcoming and helpful with information.
The only thing we had not picked up on was that if the neighbouring Bothy residents had dogs that they allowed to roam free, it could be an issue if you had a dog that was nervous of certain other breeds of dogs.
Otherwise we had a most enjoyable stay and happy memories of being in the hot tub looking at the stars.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful, clean, comfortable lodge with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings, view from the hot tub and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve had a fantastic stay and will be back.

We booked this as a last minute get-away for our 1st anniversary, and couldn't have asked for anything better! I first saw these online a year or so ago, and has been at the top of the list for places to book since.
Karen & Phillip were so helpful with the booking process and helping us get everything sorted when we got there (including how to properly work the hot tub), which was amazing! The bothy itself was immaculate and so comfy... we could have stayed for weeks! It has everything you could need, and we really appreciated all the gifts that were left for us when we arrived and when we left.
We will definitely be back! Thanks again to Karen & Phillip!

Great accommodation, brilliant service and marvellous location. Thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil setting and well appointed and spotless bothy, especially the hot tub. Walks aplenty and great countryside for wandering and exploring. Thoroughly recommend it.

A very warm welcome, and a really modern but cosy bothy! The wood-fired hot tub was really easy to get to to temperature. The bothy was spotless was really lovely furnishing and finishes. Great value for the level of luxury and relaxation offered in a peaceful countryside location.

Luxury accommodation both inside and out. Stunning views with Swedish hot tub. Lovely extras including robes, welcome basket and leaving bag.

Karen and Philip have really made the most of the views over the valley. The Bothie's are beautiful and finished to a very high standard with all mod cons included. Although there are 3 Bothie's they have been set up very well to give privacy, especially around the external sitting areas and hot tubs, the added covered area for inclement weather gives added benefit of being able to sit out side if raining.

The hot tub is the Eco wood burning style which is great to relax in of an evening with a glass of wine. Just keep an eye on the temperature as it can creep up depending on how heavy you load the fire pit.

Great short break that we will repeat.

We can’t wait to return to Greengairs!
The stunning surrounding scenery made for the perfect backdrop to our relaxing holiday. Edradour bothy perfectly balances modern and homely decor. This meant we were as eager to return at the end of each day as we were to venture out and explore. Brilliant customer service and thoughtful touches added to the warm and welcoming environment. We’d booked for four nights as a family of four and did not want to leave… luckily for us, there was the opportunity for us to stay an extra night which we grabbed! It really was perfect. The bothy has everything you need and feels luxurious without taking away the sense that you are staying in the middle of the countryside. The hot tub was a fab bonus and the kids loved the freedom of being able to run free around the farm with no worries.
The hosts are warm and very welcoming and we felt like friends. Lots to do in the area; walks, farms, lovely pubs/restaurants…and we even skied for a day up in the snowy mountains a short drive away! We will return!

We had a fantastic weekend here.

The location is fab, a short drive into town and to local amenities, but also out the way enough that it’s peaceful.

Karen came to greet us and was always on hand if needed, we felt very welcome from the start.

The lodge itself was clean, modern, cosy and well equipped for your stay…

Definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful short stay at Edradour cottage. The cottage is equipped with everything one might need (and more) for a few days a way. It’s very cosy with a well working woodburner and greet views across the valley. The hot hub was a lovely highlight towards the end of each day. The cottage was immaculate and Karen a wonderful host who goes out of her way to one‘s feel welcome. Wonderful cottages and hosts

Karen and Phillip were amazing hosts and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible stay, even transporting us the final leg of our journey due to the bad weather. The accommodation itself was perfect and provided us with everything we required. The rural and quiet location of the bothies is also a huge selling point and helped add to what was a perfect getaway.

We came for a short stay between Christmas and new years and had a magical time. Karen was very accommodating and helpful giving us advice on places to visit during our trip as well as just a for a verbal chat! The house was beautiful and in amazing condition. We stayed for a long weekend Fri-Mon at the start of December. The farm is a little of the beaten track but we easily found it on satnav. Karen met us when we arrived to show us round and to explain how the hot tub and fire worked. She gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. Everything you could possible need was provided in the Bothy and it was spotless. They give you a little welcome hamper which was a nice touch. We were these to chill out and recharge after a few tough months. The scenery is breath taking and it's in such a quiet and peaceful location. It was perfect for what we needed. Chilling in the hot tub and looking out over the amazing countryside will be something we will remember for a long time.We will defiantly be visiting again and bringing friends with us next time.

We stayed here for 3nights and it felt like a home from home. Arriving to our welcome basket was such a wee treat and the place was amazing. The little things thought about throughout the lodge. The hot tub views were stunning and so relaxing to just unwind and switch off.
Close to local shops and walks depending on why you are visiting.
Amazing hosts and super helpful we will definitely return with the kids and highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a lodge break.

We had a lovely stay at the lodge . The service was excellent and everything was ready for us upon arrival . wood was in the fire and the hot tub which was great as all we needed to do was light it . The instructions were clear and very easy to follow . A welcome basket was a lovely touch into welcoming us into the beautiful lodge . Each room was clean and tidy and the whole place had a lovely, homely feel to it . Would highly recommend a stay here and we’d be happy to go back !

Karen and Philip who took care of us were amazing with their service and the way they are as people, honestly one of the best experiences and places we’ve been to, the house was spotless and entirely innovative, the way these guys take care of everything and us is immaculate they really do make you feel accommodated and welcome, you can drive down from here to many places, the hot tub is insanely amazing stays hot for the entire duration of us being there, also all facilities were at hand if we needed them. All in all a 10/10 experience and very hearty thank you to Karen from the girls at Eduador bothi lodge ❤️❤️

We had a lovely midweek short break, not far from home with our baby and puppy! It was a comfortable stay for all with a cot provided. Lovely space outside the Bothy to run around. It wasn’t the best weather when we were there but still made use of the hot tub. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return again.

Just back from a three night stay can't recommend Greengairs highly enough, accommodation was beautiful, spotless and was equipped with everything that was required, had a thoughtful welcome gift and leaving gift hosts were lovely very welcoming and helpful, we wanted a chilled weekend and that is what we got chilling in the wood fire hot tub looking out onto the most beautiful view. Our furbaby also had a great time, Can't wait to return.

Highly recommend. A lovely place to chill out, enjoy the views and relax! We visited for our honeymoon with 3 dogs. Karen and family were so accommodating and the dogs absolutely loved being able to run around in the big grass area right outside the back door! We received a lovely welcoming from Karen who showed us everything and made sure we were happy. She was always available to answer any questions or stock up on anything needed! Fabulous hot tub overlooking the most amazing views!

We had a great time staying at the Edradour Bothy and wouldn't hesitate to book again. The bothy itself was stunning, spotless ad had so many little touches that made it extra special. We especially loved the fire in the living room, the floor the ceiling windows showing the stunning views and the wood fired hot tub. I have recommended this Bothy to my family and friends and will definitely book again in the future.

We had the best stay in Edradour Bothy. Absolutely 5 star standard in every aspect. Karen was a delight to deal with. The “Bothy” was amazing. The hot tub was fantastic. It had everything you need and more. The bed was so comfortable, the view amazing, I could just go on and on. Would recommend to everyone and look forward to going back again soon.

From the booking process right through to the end Karen the owner was fantastic. Quick to reply and extremely helpful.
Lodge was stunning and quirky with everything you needed. Heating was on for when we arrived and a thoughtfully welcome pack full of goodies. The views and scenery were breathtaking totally tranquility
On the second day Wallace our lab cut his paw and Karen came over with bandages and ointment, she also dressed his paw for us. went above and beyond.
There was also a leaving pack with a wee ornament, very special touch. Made us feel privileged to be here. We’ll definitely be back very soon. Thank you Karen for a memorable stay xxx

Wow. Bothie was finished to a very high standard and exactly like the photos. Brilliant location for walks and driving to near by areas. Such a beautiful spot for morning sun rises, whilst in the hot tub.
