The Buttery has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is wheelchair accessible with a wet room. The second bedroom has twin beds and shower room.
The bespoke kitchen is designed to meet the needs of wheelchair users and is fully equipped to make guests feel at home, with underfloor heating and free WiFi.
There is a private garden area with easy access to the shared Courtyard.

We have stayed in a number of “accessible” cottages / lodges. The Buttery is far superior to any I have stayed in, it’s not just beautiful but the renovation of the cottage has been done to an exceptional standard. The property is immaculately clean, bedding crisp and clean, towels soft, kitchen well stocked with quality crockery, etc.. The owners go the extra mile to make you welcome. The home baked shortbread, fresh milk and a welcome bottle of Prosecco were a wonderful surprise. Thank you!

My wife and I have stayed in a number of wheelchair accessible cottages over the past 18 months, but none come anywhere close to the quality and thoughtfulness in design as The Buttery does. Open plan design and wide doors are key to this cottage’s usability for a wheelchair user. In addition, the wet room en-suite is very user friendly and has everything at hand for the less able amongst us.
The cottage was very clean and is equipped with everything you will ever need and more during your stay, I cannot think of anything that it didn’t have that we could have needed.
The info provided via their own Mobile Phone App is very useful and is full of info on the cottages and where things are, as well as local information that helps make your stay more informed and thus less stressful. In addition, there are guide and information brochures in the cottage for ideas of what to do and where you can go to eat etc.
In essence, this cottage is a wonderful place to stay, regardless of whether you’re less able bodied or not. A great place for children and parents alike. It has a safe enclosed and sheltered garden and lawn, with a gazebo to sit under and enjoy some alfresco dining etc.
We will certainly be returning for a longer stay and will recommend Sparham Cottages to friends and family, especially to wheelchairs users at my physio group.

Our first visit to Sparham Hall but it will not be our last. Perfect host (Lottie), a welcome basket of food, delicious homemade shortbread, luxurious accommodation, very clean, a rural retreat but with all the modern facilities you require.

The disabled facilities in The Buttery are very good and should be suitable for anyone in a wheelchair.

A nice clean, private outside sitting area with table and chairs.

Thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

This was our third visit to this lovely cottage. It is ideal for our family which includes a wheelchair user. Beautifully designed, spacious, accessible, very well equipped with extra touches such as homemade shortbread, vases of flowers and nice toiletries. The owner is very helpful and during this hot spell provided us with an air con unit as the cottage was getting quite hot inside. She is available by text if you need anything. There is a small private garden area and we like the quiet location.
It is very convenient for local attractions whether you like Pensthorpe wildfowl park, the city of Norwich, a ride on the Poppy Line or a coastal spot such as Wells. I'm sure we will be back next year!

Enjoyed a wonderful 4 night break in The Buttery. It is in an excellent location to visit Sandringham, Holkham, Cromer, the list could go on and on. I cannot recommend The Buttery highly enough, it is really a home from home with lots of walks from the doorstep

Having learnt the hard way, we now always have our one week summer holiday break in the UK in a Premier Cottage to ensure we stay in a top quality holiday home. The Buttery was a good example of a 5 star Premier Cottage and we chose to stay there because we considered it to be the best Premier cottage in Norfolfk for us to stay in.

Everything at the Buttery was high end. It was clean and comfortable and everything was in really good condition. I particulalry liked the Lavazza coffee machine as it was an upgrade on a smaller Lavazzo expresso machine I have at home. My wife particularly liked the ample fridge and freezer space. We tended to go out for the day, have lunch out, and cook something simple at the cottage in the evening. The kitchen was well equiped.

There is a lovely secluded outdoor area to sit in with a beer and a glass of wine.

An added bomus was Roku TV with a good selection of chanels to watch. The wifi signal was very hood.

The Buttery had everything we needed.A good location in Norfolk for many day trips. Having a dedicated EV charger for our electric car was an important reason for staying there.

This is our fourth visit! We return again and again because it is perfect for our needs, and so peaceful. This time the weather has been beautiful, the icing on top of the cake. This will definitely not be our last stay here as we will never find anything better.

This was our third stay at The Buttery, which says it all. The property has everything that we need and more. Lottie, the host, is wonderful, always there should you require help. Unfortunately the weather was very cold during our visit, but you can't have everything in life. We will definitely be back again.

We chose this cottage because we needed somewhere which would work for my wife who is in a wheelchair and were really pleased with the care and attention that had been put into making it as accessible as possible. The Buttery was the best accessible rental I've ever stayed in. Even the mirrors were at the correct height and that hardly ever happens. I know how hard it is to provide features that work for everyone but Lottie seems to have thought of almost everything. If there had been a profiling bed I could have stayed forever!

We had an enjoyable stay in The Buttery it really was very accessible for someone in a wheelchair from the parking through to the garden and the inside space. We have found that many places that say they are accessible are not, so it was great to find somewhere that suited our needs. When we arrived our first thoughts were wow! What a beautiful place and such a high standard. We loved the shared courtyard although pushing a wheelchair on the gravel was hard for my husband. But sitting out here with family was lovely with the sound of the water feature sounds of birds all around and even the evening of rain!
The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the bedrooms comfortable with the bonus of en-suites and tvs. We did find the sofa a bit hard and uncomfortable for relaxing on though.
The Fox at Lyng was good for wheelchair access, although a car would be needed for the short distance to get there if in a wheelchair. Roar! was good for children with great wheelchair access and a changing places toilet. And Hunstanton had a lovely flat prom and wheelchair accessible toilets.
We would love to come back again if we are able to!

This is our second stay at Sparham this year, and we never go anywhere twice! Because of my husband's recently diagnosed medical condition we had quite specific requirements for our accommodation and The Buttery fulfilled these perfectly. The cottage has everything that you need and is comfortably furnished, at the same time providing excellent facilities for anyone with mobility issues. The owner, Lottie, has thought of everything and she is a very welcoming host. The farm is in a very peaceful spot, but at the same time there are facilities close by such as the cafe/shop at nearby Lyng, which we would rate highly. We would not hesitate in recommending this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet break.

We are loving our stay here and will be sad to leave tomorrow. The property is spacious, with everything you would need. Everything is clean and well maintained. The property is fully accessible, which is unusual, as we have stayed in a few places that say they are, but when you arrive its not the case. The Buttery has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate disabled people with raised beds, shower stool and lower sink in the wet room and a kitchen designed for easy use if you are in a wheelchair. The interior is stylishly designed, very upmarket. The double bed is huge, and will definitely be missed :-) There is accessible parking right next to the property with a EV hook up. Lottie is a great host and Charles was a fount of knowledge re the fishing. The lakes are easy to get to, with plenty of fish in beautiful surroundings.
The only negative I can come up with is that the wifi is patchy, but thats it. We would recommend Sparham Hall Farm to everyone and we will definitely be back at some point. The location is great, easy access to the main roads and all that Norfolk has to offer.

When you are disabled it seems you have to put up with what's available to you. The Buttery has never felt its specifically for the disabled as it is a lovely space with life just made easier for disabled people. Lottie has literally thought what every guest might need and has provided it. You walk through the front door and you can literally feel your body go ahhh relax. The bed is like getting into a hug and there is even an electric rise and recliner chair. I normally have pain on a daily basis but this week I have been pain free!
Pubs to visit if you're in a wheelchair are The Railway Arms in North Elham which is amazing, the Bull at Drayton. Sitting watching the world go by with a latte at Blakeney and Holt is a lovely place with fab ice cream.
The thing that's made the Buttery even more special is the friendliness of the people here. Our rather large greyhound has had lots of Norfolk cuddles and biscuits. We have found Lottie and her family very friendly without being intrusive.
The only criticism and it is very very small is to have a big mug so you can have a brew in the morning but all in all a lovely place to stay and I hope to come back a third time x

Fabulous relaxing stay at The Buttery, I have never stayed anywhere else where they have provided everything you could possibly need in a property.

Beautiful inside and out and the communal courtyard is just lovely to have a gathering with friends or to make new friends.

Lottie our host is so lovely and nothing is too much trouble if you have any requests. The welcome gift on arrival was a lovely touch and the homemade shortbread was delicious.

We were surprised also to get a goodbye gift , just wonderful we will definitely be back with friends.

Although we were restricted by an elderly dog who is now reluctant to get into the car and not able to walk far, we had a very restful and recuperative week in the beautifully designed and equipped Buttery - reading in the garden, pottering about the farm and shopping locally.

Well this property is a little gem. We have stayed in numerous cottages in Norfolk over the years as we have family in the county, but this is simply the best. We never stay in the same place twice, but we have already booked a return visit for September. The property itself is stunning and Lottie, the owner goes over and above to make sure that her guests' needs are catered for. Five stars are not enough.

We're so glad to have found this gem of an accessible property in such an ideal holidaying location.
Location: The cottages are far enough from the road that all we could hear were the wild birds and occasional noises from the working farm. Despite being off the beaten track, we were within easy reach of quite a varied array of tourist attractions, beauty spots and lovely places to eat. Seaside or city, quaint villages or countryside walks, railways or dinosaurs, there was something for everyone. The helpfully labelled OS map on the kitchen wall was a great touch.
Property: Speaking of something for everyone, the small complex of holiday homes had a shared courtyard with places to sit and eat, admire the cottage style planted borders, contemplate quietly or play games (provided in a little toolshed). This would be perfect for a larger family get-together (which we plan to organise in the future). Not only that, but we enjoyed a generous private courtyard that, as with the entire property, was superbly equipped and appointed. Most importantly for me, it was all easily accessible for me in my power chair. More on accessibility in a moment.
It was clear from the outset that much love, thought and attention to detail (not to mention hard work) has been put into these properties. The decor was clean and crisp, the furnishings were stylish, the kitchen was well equipped and there were many thoughtful touches from our hosts. The only reason we scored 4/5 for comfort is that one of our party found their bed a little too firm. (Not me. I slept really well). We were able to relax and leave the day-to-day grind behind pretty much straight away in such peaceful and lovely surroundings.
The clever use of QR codes to access information or instructions was the best and most thought through system we've seen in 30 years of self-catering holidays in the UK. No leafing through a binder (if you can find it) of worn and outdated leaflets! All the info you need was accessible at the moment you needed it. The only downside was that we had a day towards the end of the week when the internet connection was very patchy - hey-ho, 'First World problems' and all that! Given that I think they had to rely on satellite internet tech, it worked well most of the time.
Accessibility: Once I'd trundled around the cottage a couple of times to work out the layout, I was able to move around easily in my power chair. The hob and sink in the kitchen are lowered for easier access and there's enough room to get just about everywhere you'd need to. The flooring throughout allowed my chair to glide around effortlessly with no lumpy thresholds or steps. Getting outside was just as easy and the paved courtyard was as attractive and easily navigated the cottage interior.
The availability of optional extras for accessibility was a bonus - I borrowed the shower wheelchair and was able to enjoy the gorgeously tiled wet-room that is ensuite with the master bedroom. Again, thoughtful touches like the extra set of shower controls by the wet-room door elevated the experience. One of the things I appreciated most was that the fixtures and fittings were home/hotel-like and not at all clinical. Some accessible/adapted holiday cottages have a bit of a 'hospital vibe', but there was no sign of that here.
We had fantastic week in The Buttery that was over all too fast! We'll be back. Thank you Lottie and the team!

The Buttery is a delightful converted barn set in a tranquil setting, which is equipped to a very high standard. The owners are very caring and thoughtful, on hand should you need anything, but otherwise always respecting your privacy. The barn was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. This is the second year that my family have stayed at The Buttery. One of our party uses a wheelchair and finds that the way that this property is set up is perfect for her needs. As last year everything was perfect with the property being spotlessly clean and a welcome pack left for us.If there is a need to contact the owner it can be done by Text or Whats App. We shall return - what better recomendation can I make!

When one find a holiday cottage like The Buttery, one is hesitant to tell everyone about it!! The help and communication from Lottie before our arrival was most helpful and we were made very welcome when we arrived. Lottie's attention to detail is second to none and well thought through. She is on hand to respond to any queries and to attend to anything that needs doing. Everything that was listed, including the basics for your refreshments, was provided. Lovely welcome tray and parting gift as a reminder of Norfolk and stay. You wont be disappointed.

This place is a little gem, it's so stylish and comfortable, the beds are very comfy, and is equipped with everything you will need, they even supply all cleaning products, coffee, tea etc, you just need to bring milk and any food you require. What really made the holiday is the fact that this gorgeous bungalow is very well thought out for those with accessibility needs, we took my 90yr old mother and she was as comfortable as if she'd been at home, she could shower independently and the bed had been raised so she could get in and out on her own. She is already asking when we can go back

We’ve had a lovely week at the Buttery. Everything we could possibly need is here to make a most comfortable stay, nothing was too much trouble when we had an unexpected problem.

This is the second time we have stayed for a short break at The Buttery and we are so pleased that we found it, as it provides the perfect accommodation for us. This is because we can bring my 90 year old mother with us and feel completely comfortable that there is absolutely everything to meet her needs, as she has limited mobility. The property is exceptionally spacious with wide doors and entrances and all on a level. There was very comfortable seating at just the right height, and even a rise and recline chair, which she loved. The en-suite bathrooms were beautiful, functional and safe to use. We requested bed raisers and a shower stool for one of the bathrooms and these ensured my mum had an exceptionally comfortable stay. There has obviously been an enormous amount of thought and care gone into the planning and design of the accommodation and we couldn't fault it. The decor and furnishings are beautiful and the property was exceptionally clean and tidy on our arrival, with a vast array of accessories, utensils, cookware and cleaning products that were of a very good quality and looked new. The rechargeable torchlights were extremely useful and the frothy coffee maker was a great hit! Parking and access to all areas of the property and garden were excellent. We had no problems pushing a wheel chair and a walker on the paths and paving.
My sister and brother-in-law stayed in The Apple Room and we took advantage of the beautiful courtyard space to meet together and share our meals. We barbequed on one occasion and stayed up late into the evening playing games on the giant draughts board. The lighting, decor and outdoor heating made this a very special space.
Lottie and her family go out of their way to provide an exceptional, memorable stay for their guests with so many thoughtful touches including a detailed handbook and delicious hand made cookies on arrival and departure!
In short, we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, relaxing and extremely enjoyable.

The Buttery is one of the best cottages we have stayed in and is ideal for our daughter who is a wheelchair user. It was very easy for her to get around. It is beautifully designed and extremely well equipped with a spacious living area and comfortable beds. There is a lovely private outdoor space. We appreciated the extra touches of welcome basket and fresh flowers. and especially the extra efforts to help us during the heatwave with fans and an extra awning. We felt that nothong would be too much trouble if we needed help.
Receiving a link to the online guidebook in advance was very helpful.
The location is very peaceful and convenient for the places we wanted to visit both inland and coastal.
We will definitely be returnng.

We were so looking forward to our long weekend at The Buttery and it didn’t disappoint
It was all that we expected and more - clean , modern but still keeping character and charm
The location is perfect - peaceful and tucked out of the way - yet just a short drive to all the beautiful places to explore Cromer beach is about a thirty minute drive away and well worth a visit - we took the dog and she loved it ! There is a large section of the beach which is dog friendly
The fox pub is just a stroll away again dog friendly and serves delicious food - pan fried salmon recommended :) We visited quite a few places to many to mention- lots to keep you busy
A big thank you to Lottie for the tasty homemade shortbread such a kind gesture for guests
Don’t want to waffle on to much ! Rating for us is a big five stars ⭐️ Oh yes and a big comfy bed -

We have stayed at the Buttery twice now and we will definitely be coming back.

The cottage has been renovated to an extremely high standard and every effort has been made to make it totally wheelchair accessible. This means that any possible anxieties have been removed so you can totally relax during your stay. Lottie and her team have given a great deal of thought to the layout of the rooms and everything you could wish for in a self catering cottage has been provided.

The booking process is very professional but there are some lovely personal touches, too, such as home made cookies on arrival and as a farewell gift. It would be hard to find a better place to stay.

All of this adds up to a great holiday experience and we hope to come back soon.

just got back from a week staying in the Buttery .what a find this is it is spacious clean and very comfortable everything you need is provided you can cook or eat out. The garden is safe and secure our 2 dogs loved it , we enjoyed our morning coffee in the garden.one of the main reasons I chose the buttery was because my son is in a wheelchair and needed good access and a wet room Lottie has got this right my son said he could quite easy live there. The coast and the broads are easy to get to ,and Sparham pools is a nice place to walk the dogs .We went into the village to the fox each evening and the meals were excellent .I would highly recomend staying here we will be returning.

My immediate family and I have stayed at several locations claiming to be "Wheelchair Assable" (hensforth refered to as WA) none,absolutley none come up to the standards set by "The "Buttery". As you arrive, you see the designated hard concrete parking area for the Blue Badge Holder, there is ample room to manover out of the vehicle and along the smooth concrete path to the front door of the property. A wide door opens into a small hall way with sufficient room to manouver into a glorious kitchen/dining area. I say glorious as there is a WA sink and the hob and most of the Fridge are reachable. All of "The Buttery" is WA with the wet room perfect for wheelchair users, there is also a purpose build wet room stool. The bedroom is also perfect, a little lacking in storage facilities but sufficient for a short stay. Living room is spacious and well presented with sufficient seating. Outside there is under cover parking for a second vehicle. A Patio with Table and Chairs a BBQ is available on request This is all in a WA area.
Great consideration has been given to providing the correct and sufficient items to enhance your stay. All items eg; cooking utensils, cutlery,bedding and toweling are of good quality and appear new.
Lottie, the owner is very helpfull but not intrusive. Contactable via e-mail or in our case Whats App she responds quickly and always solves any issues raised.
Others have criticised its location. But if you check a map it is virtually equidistant form all of Norfolks glorious coastal resorts.There is much to do and enjoy in the local area. Major supermarkets deliver.
Will we return?
Work shedules and leave applications are in as I type this review. So Yes.
Would I reccoment this property to others?
A resounding yes.

I am 50 and for the very first time I didn't want to come home. Lottie really has thought of every little detail to make your stay the best it can be. The Buttery truly is amazing and despite it being suitable for disabled guests it certainly doesn't feel like it.
The decor is beautifully done and so clean. The bed was lovely and comfy and the shower was oh my!
I was really sad to leave the Buttery which is a first for me. A wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage where the attention to detail is outstanding. I really hope to be back soon! Book today to be blown away! X

My family and I have just returned from a relaxing and peaceful weekend stay at Sparham Hall farm.

We stayed in The Buttery, which was immaculate and very comfortable. There are useful waking maps in the cottage and an easy to use online guide which covers information on everything you could possibly need in or outside the cottage.

Not too far away to the coast or for exploring Norwich. Highly recommended and would love to return soon. Thank you Lottie.

The Buttery on arrival was spotless. All the facilities from the kitchen, bathrooms, underfloor heating and parking were all excellent and to a very high standard. The farm grounds provided plenty of opportunity to exercise the dog. Lottie and her family were very welcoming and provided us every assistance.

This cottage is located in a very peaceful part of Norfolk and is unlikely to be bettered for quality of furnishings which will ensure you have a calm, peaceful stay.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was clean and built to a high standard. We were treated on our arrival to home made shortbread and a gift under the tree and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge!

All the basics were provided, even things we were not expecting, such as washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc, and also some coffee pods for the coffee machine.

I stayed with elderly parents, and The Buttery was completely accessible and I would say suitable for all ages.

The cottages are a bit remote, so a car is essential but supermarkets are only a short drive and there are plenty of places to visit with a book/tourist guide of Norfolk provided in the cottage.

Lottie, the owner is lovely and very accommodating if you need anything while you’re there.

I definitely recommend a stay here, we had a fabulous relaxing break.

Really amazing and wonderful place; very peaceful. There are no words that do justice to how amazing the owner is. She couldn't do enough for us, from before we booked to our departure. The Christmas decorations were awesome and a wonderful surprise. Can't wait to go back again. We were with a severely physically disabled person, and it was a very comfortable stay. A lot of attention to detail has been placed in the design. There is a lot of peace and love there.

We stayed here with our 2 children for a long weekend and we loved it. The location was perfect for the days out in the area we had planned. It was easy to find and the signs made everything clear as to where to go and park.
The Buttery is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. It's a lovely building with all the mod cons and lovely and cosy on a cold day. The garden was a great size and would be perfect in summer for the kids to play in.
I love the idea of renting the whole place for a family get together, the central area would be perfect for an occasion.
We hope to return one day!

We stayed for the weekend and brought my husbands parents. The Buttery was everything we could of asked for a weekend away. It had everything you could ask for and need. Very spacious and well planned for a disabled user. This made such a change for us as a family to be able to stay somewhere together that had the facilities we need. Also great that we could bring the dog.
The outdoor facilities were amazing. Having a little garden at the Buttery was perfect.
Lottie was fantastic from start to finish. Very informative and nothing was too much. The welcome pack when we arrived was a lovely touch and also the little gift back when we were leaving was a great surprise.
We will definitely be returning again very soon.

We needed to find accommodation to take my mum away which was suitable for her in a wheelchair. The buttery is perfect and met our needs perfectly. Having equipment there such as Zimmer frame meant we didn’t need to bring our own equipment. The barn is well equipped and has everything you need with lovely outdoor areas, In a perfect location. Highly recommend the buttery you won’t be disappointed and thank you to Lottie for your help and gifts xx

We loved the location of the accommodation and also the decor, cleanliness and the little extra touches ie dog treats, Prosecco, tea coffee and biscuits, which made us feel very welcome.

My wife and I and three friends (one of which was for legged) spent a wonderful September week at Sparham Hall Cottages this year. (2021)
The setting is just fabulous with a wonderful avenue of trees leading up to the property. Lottie was there to meet us on arrival and nothing was too much trrouble for her.
The location is ideal for tourning the North Norfolk coast and is only around 30 minutes to the lovely Georgian town of Holt and on average about 40 minutes to the coast.
The cottage itself is immaculately clean and modern with every convenience you would wish for in a holiday cottage.
The Fox pub in nearby Lyng has a decent menu and is very dog friendly.
We all loved our visit to Sparham Cottages and hope to go back in the not too distant future.

We have had a lovely week at The Buttery. On arrival there was a lovely welcome pack from Lottie and her family with the best shortbread we have ever tasted - we all agreed on that ! A very well stocked, new and modern kitchen with a coffee machine (this was a total hit and the best appliance there could be !|)

The garden was ample for our dog who loved running up and down barking at everyone - apologies again. Both bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms were roomy, comfortable and clean. The BBQ was great and did a perfect job several nights.

Our children loved having their own TV - with Netflix - another hit. On the whole a perfect holiday cottage. The weather - the best this year so far - made the week for us too.

Lottie was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble and she even gave us a lovely farewell gift - more shortbread. Thank you again. We will definitely be recommending this little gem to friends and family.

The Buttery is a lovely cottage suitable for those who require accommodation on one level and incredibly well kitted out for those in a wheel chair. The cottage is very well appointed. There is a private garden too,

The grounds of Sparham Hall Cottages are great too with access to some lovely walks amongst wild flowers. Nearby is the River Wensum, a paradise for wild creatures and wild flowers.

Also, we were pleased how quickly we were able to access the Norfolk Coast along some very pretty and intriguing Norfolk roads.

We really enjoyed our stay in the buttery, the cottage was beautiful and all the small touches made it feel very special. The Buttery is quite simply lovely.
It accomodates 4 comfortably and we liked the fact that the bedrooms are at opposite ends and both have en-suite bathrooms according complete privacy.
It is very well equipped too.
The Welcome pack is a nice touch.
The owners are totally unobtrusive but make it clear assistance is on hand should you have any queries.

We had a lovely stay at The Buttery, with our dog. The cottage is modern, comfortable and well equipped. Situated in a very peaceful area with easy access to areas to walk our dog and visit the coast.
We were lucky enough to have glorious weather and made use of the enclosed, private garden. The other properties are close by, but we didn’t see or hear our neighbours.
A hamper was left for us by Lottie and was very much appreciated, and enjoyed.
I would recommend a stay here.

We only had five days here but we had a lovely time. Our dog really enjoyed the enclosed garden and surrounding countryside.
The Buttery was exceptionally well equipped, comfortable and spick and span. There was plenty to see and do nearby and we would thoroughly recommend a visit - we may even be back later in the year!

Myself, my partner and my dog are having a great time!!! as it is was raining the fun was stay warm and cozy in this great place!!! the sound of birds are the most!!!

Our stay at the buttery was amazing. The building is clean and tidy and has everything you need for a family break! The property was wash to to find and signposted well on arrival. We were treated with a welcome package which was a lovely! The use of the cot and high chair for our baby was a lovely added extra and life was made easier as there were no stairs to worry about!
The cottage is modern, clean, spacious, light and homely! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already looking at booking again for next year!
