The Forge has three bedrooms which sleep up to 5 people, it also has a single sofa bed in the single bedroom. The master bedroom has a super king bed and its own shower room.

The stunning bespoke kitchen has glass doors opening into the secure and private garden.

The Forge has underfloor heating and free wifi.

My family stayed in all 3 cottages between Christmas and new year which were superb. Each cottage is self contained with their own gardens and adjoined by a court yard. All of the cottages are beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back again in the future!

We stayed for a week with the family and absolutely enjoyed our trip. The cottage is immaculate, clean and very charming. It is very well stocked and there are a lot of little details that are delightful (from handmade shortbread cookies to welcome us to a very responsive and excellent host).

The space is welcoming and one of the best cottages we have been to. Definitely recommend and will absolutely revisit!

The Forge is superbly equipped with Absolutely everything you could need for a week away. The dogs were very well catered for with lovely beds and treats. The location is great a 40 minute drive to the glorious North Norfolk beaches. Walks on your doorstep and The Fox pub was really good for food, drinks and a charity quiz night. The whole cottage was spotlessly clean.
Lottie is a great host, we were left superb shortbread which was still warm and plenty of tea & coffee. Highly recommend a stay here. We will return.

The host, Lottie, at the Forge has been fabulous. She made us all feel very welcome and even provided a first aid kit for our dog, when requested. The accommodation is well-thought out and in excellent condition.

Lottie couldn’t be more helpful and the welcome items are delicious. Very family friendly, setup with all you need for kids. We have used The Forge and The Buttery and both are excellent. Just watch the bump as you come off the road onto the drive

Sparham Hall Farm cottages did not disappoint. Friends of ours stayed here a while ago and we thought we’d see if it was as good as they said it was. We were blown away by the level of comfort, the well thought out layout of The Forge. The attention to detail and quality of the furnishings were excellent. The cottage had just about everything you would need for a cottage break/holiday. Lottie who runs the cottages was easily contactable, and extremely helpful. The location of the farm is fairly central to many local attractions various beaches and walks. No where was too far away. Highly recommended.

A beautiful house with everything you might need for your stay, the location is quiet and peaceful, making you feel like you’ve got away from all the stresses of life. Just got back from a few nights stay at The Forge, and already wish we were still there!
Location is lovely and quiet, and the accommodation is fabulous too. Little details make all the difference and it’s clear that a lot of love and thought has gone into guests needs by the owners. Communication from Lottie was great and nothing was ever too much trouble. Beds nice and comfy, and the games area was especially popular with our youngest child. Dog friendly garden was great for an alfresco dinner too. We will definitely be back.

The Forge at Sparham Hall Farm is an excellent venue for a family holiday . It has been superbly kitted out & it is obvious a lot of care and attention has gone into the property by the owners . The little personal touches in the décor are well thought out and your made to feel welcomed with little gifts on arrival & leaving . The property is set in lovely countryside and all the Norfolk coastline is accessible within 45mins .

We spent a week staying in The Forge and the Apple Room with our son and two grandsons on a visit from the States - the perfect setting for a comfortable and relaxing break, enabling us to enjoy each others company.

They were delighted with the lovely cottages and the generous facilities. Lottie could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

Everyone went home with very happy memories.

Loved everything about our stay. The cottage was warm, comfortable and every need catered for. The local village only a short walk away had a fantastic pub with street food every Monday and the shop provided all your needs and doubled up as a tea room. Lovely walks that start from the doorstep and we were given a wildlife tour of the farm meadows that had an incredible wealth of wildflowers and insects, something that Charles had been documenting since the ‘70s. Green credentials extended to having an electric car charging point on site. Thank you Lottie for being such a lovely and kind host!

Brilliant property lovely decor very clean and everything you need is provided for a self catering cottage. Secure garden for the dog and great walks from your doorstep, lovely to sit out and watch the woodpeckers and wildlife. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Welcome hamper provided was also a lovely touch.

The Forge was a fantastic holiday cottage for us (a family of five + dog) to enjoy a week in Norfolk. The cottage was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed, including beach towels, and tea/coffee & milk on arrival! The enclosed garden was great for the dog, as were the local walls from the doorstep. The setting is peaceful, and a great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Broads. We had a wonderful short stay in The Forge at Sparham Hall. The whole place is stunning, secluded yet within 30/40 minutes of the coast and so peaceful.
The Forge itself is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need for your break. We were provided with all basic supplies upon arrival as well as some lovely extra treats.
The Forge was cleaned to a high standard, bathrooms were spotless and the beds were all super comfy.
Dog towels were available as well as a Mud Daddy if needed. Board games were also available from a cupboard in the outside seating area too.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sparham Hall Farm Cottages, thank you for a memorable stay!

We had a lovely 4 night stay in The Forge at Sparham Hall Farm. Beautiful cottage in a stunning rural location that had everything we wanted for the family. Lottie the owner was on hand whenever we needed assistance and even posted us back my son's hoodie that left behind. The biggest compliment I can give Lottie is that my wife said she could happily live in The Forge forever and I totally agree with her. Hope to return again in the future.

Forge at Sparham Hall Farm was absolutely fantastic, the attention to detail amazing. Lottie is a great host, very friendly and available if needed and nothing was too much trouble. The communal outside dining area was the icing on the cake, a perfect complement to the gorgeous weather. We really enjoyed using this space, thank you.
Forge was extremely clean and welcoming, the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a two week self catering holiday.
Lottie’s Dad was really helpful and informative about the fishing at Sparham Pools, thank you for going the extra mile for my Dad.
The little piece of Norfolk we were given as a leaving present was a really welcome surprise, a lovely touch.
We will definitely be back.

Had a fabulous week in The Forge. Every thought had been put into our stay. And finally we found a kitchen that is set up to cook! Lottie was so helpful, bringing over a toddler booster chair and tumble drying the kids duvet we brought and had to wash after a wet bed one night

We booked this cottage with a view to my husband and son fishing for the week, however when shown the lake they could use it had only 4 pegs two of which couldn’t be used due to dog walkers allowing their dogs to swim and walk there.
This had cost an extra £50 which if they could have used all the lakes would have been fine also maybe let people know the distance they have to walk to reach said lake definitely not for someone who has mobility issues!
However cottage fine!

We took an extended stay in the Forge over the winter. Absolutely brilliant. Every luxury you could want. Terrific host and nothing was too much trouble. Great location for city or country. Incredibly quiet and relaxing environment with great local walks both on the farm and in the area. A must if you are coming to Norfolk. Absolutely loved it. Come and see for yourselves!

The cottages are thoughtfully and beautifully done, very well equipped with an excellent attention to detail. Lottie is a fabulous host, from the lovely home made shortbread to Christmas dog bowls and mud daddy for muddy paws, she really has thought of everything.
We had The Forge with family members staying in The Buttery and it was fabulous to be outside in winter in the heated courtyard for drinks. We stayed over Christmas and the cottages were decorated beautifully. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

We loved our stay at Sparham Hall Farm. The accommodation was superb; light, thoughtfully designed and supremely comfortable with all the small touches thought through. The location is wonderful - you feel (& are) in the middle of the countryside yet Norwich is a stone's throw away, as well as the beautiful beaches of Norfolk coastline. The hosting was exceptional - we felt warmly welcomed and promptly supported with any questions we had, yet also given all the space and privacy we desired. Our dog was welcomed also. A wonderful stay, thoroughly recommended.

What an amazing place to stay! The barn conversion is absolutely stunning and fantastic location for the trips we made to Wells, Cley, Cromer and Sheringham.

We will definitely be coming back soon, maybe in the summer when it's a bit warmer and we can make use of the bbq in the garden.

We will be recommending this to all our friends and family after such an amazing weekend.

Lottie was fantastic, provided us with home baked shortbread on arrival and on departure which was a lovely touch, along with a bottle of prosecco and a nice local candle. This really topped the stay off as we weren't expecting this additional touches which were really great.

Can't wait to come and visit again!

We were a party of 4 adults and two dogs and were all very impressed with the cottage. The accommodation was spotless and everything we needed for our stay was included. Lottie welcomed us and put fresh flowers throughout the cottage, and invited us to help ourselves to fresh, home-grown vegetables whenever we liked from a small fridge in the communal area.
The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the north coast, and we packed in lots of sightseeing with most trips being a 25 - 35 mins drive away.
The online guide that Lottie has put together and shared with us before our stay was also really helpful, with lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit.
There are lovely walks on the doorstep, and of course further afield. We loved our holiday, it was a modern, well equipped and very cosy place to stay, plenty of room for 4 adults and two dogs. We would all thoroughly recommend the cottages for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

This was a break to celebrate my 60 birthday and I was not disappointed. The cottage is a lovely size especially with there only being 2 of us. The outside area is very useful and we were very lucky with the very hot weather whilst we were there. A very nice cottage that I would return to immediately. The owners were around the farm and were very friendly and helpful.

The forge is a beautiful property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is finished to a high standard with comfy beds and fresh white towels. There is also a lovely outside covered area to eat and barbecue if you like. The linen was spotless and I particularly liked that there was bio products as I use these myself. We used the forge as a base to visit the Norfolk coast which is a 40min drive. The only feedback I would have and this is being picky is that the TV is too small in the lounge. Thank you for a lovely stay !!

Well appointed barn conversion with all the amenities present for five people to stay comfortably. The online guide to the property with the activities and places to eat is comprehensive and Lottie is very helpful with queries that one might have. Well located to travel to any places in north Norfolk within 30 minutes by car. Lots of activities for children within easy driving distance. good for families we would definitely go back with the extended family.

We stayed in the Forge with our daughter, her husband and our 1 year old grandchild. The accommodation was immaculately clean, extremely well-fitted out and a contemporary decor. It was really spacious for the four of us plus a baby. Cooking in the large kitchen was a pleasure and fully equipped. A really thoughtful and much appreciated gesture was the provision of fresh vegetables from the Farm’s own garden, all picked daily and stored in a communal outside fridge and free for guests to use - amazing! Our grandchild enjoyed being taken for walks around the communal outdoor areas including a play area, and was fascinated by the feature fountain in the courtyard. There was also a decent size private garden and patio area at the Forge; if the weather had been better we would have enjoyed BBQs out there!
The location is excellent as a base to explore the north Norfolk coast, the Broads, and local National Trust properties. For children, the nearby Shire Horse centre was a particular hit. It was too chilly for beach days but there are some stunning beaches in striking distance too.
The accommodation and farm are family run, and it was good to bump into different members who were all very friendly. Lottie was easy to contact with any queries (not that we had many!). We cannot recommend the Forge and Sparham Hall Farm cottages highly enough - it was perfect.

A stunning cottage with everything you need. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with some thoughtful touches - fresh flowers, homemade biscuits, bottle of wine in the fridge and a bag of goodies when leaving. Peaceful location close to lovely village and around 30 mins or so drove from coast. Lottie the host quickly responded to a couple of questions and was v helpful. Next to 2 cottages but was still very private with own garden/patio area with cover so could still sit and eat outside if raining. Shared courtyard and undercover outdoor facility was great. Would be perfect for a larger group of rented all 3. We would love to come back.

Our family of four (two adults, kids age 11 and 8) had a lovely week at The Forge at Sparham Hall Farm Cottages. Everything we could possibly need was available in the cottage, including good internet which is often lacking at holiday cottages. Lottie was very responsive to any questions and we enjoyed our walks around the farm. Sparham Hall was centrally located and everything we wanted to do was within an easy 30-45 min drive. We would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed for our two week summer family holiday and there’s literally nothing I can say that I would change. Our two daughters aged 9 and 13 quickly made it home and the things that really make a difference to us were well thought out and made it a holiday home I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook or recommend. The enormous bed was super comfy, the kitchen and garden were so well stocked we felt spoiled, the TVs in each bedroom were a big hit with the kids and each room has amazing lighting that is a real feature. Nothing was too much trouble and we left feeling as you should after a holiday - completely rejuvenated and sad to go :-(

The lodge is lovely and with all the domestic items you might require. A spacious kitchen and modern bathrooms, comfy beds and such a beautiful location.
We were delighted with the helpful communication from Lottie and introduction to Charles, experiencing moth identification, fabulous country walks around the local area and delicious shortbread.
Having stayed in many holiday cottages in Norfolk and Suffolk this has to be one of the very best.

The Forge had everything we could possibly need - comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen with doors opening onto a lovely secure garden for our lively cockapoo. A shame the weather wasn't good enough for us to use the patio furniture but it looked very inviting for a sunny afternoon/evening. Easy to get to a lot of Norfolk sights and beaches.

Beautiful barn conversion in a lovely quiet setting. Renovated to a high standard with lots of lovely touches for a fabulous home from home stay.
The owner has thought of everything and made us feel very welcome leaving homemade shortbread and a bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy.
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The Forge is set within a quiet rural farm setting and has been recently renovated to a high standard. It is very well equipped for a small family and the owners provided a thoughtful online guide prior to our arrival as well as a much appreciated welcome pack and farewell gift.
We were very interested in seeing the local wildlife and Charles was a very knowledgeable guide who went out of his way to show us the local fauna and flora.
Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only small drawbacks were the small size of the twin bedroom and the lack of a garden parasol in the very warm south facing garden but otherwise we would not hesitate to recommend it.
