Beautifully appointed cottage in an idyllic location, 10 minutes south of Bridgnorth. Really peaceful, and everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Shropshire countryside, welcoming hosts. Highly recommended.
We needed a place to stay for a family celebration and holiday. We found The Rookery to be ideal. With nine bedrooms all with really good quality en suite facilities, everyone was very happy with their accommodation. Set in beautiful, peaceful countryside some older family members were able to relax and enjoy the location while others were able to go to some of the nearby visitor attractions. On the week we stayed the weather was excellent and most of our party enjoyed at least one walk from the site. Fabulous place and location was stunning! Only small niggle was that you needed a degree to use the cooker! :)
We are a group of friends who go away annually. The Dinney is in a super location for exploring Shropshire and the Black Country. We were blessed with good weather, and discovered some nice walks from The Dinney. Kingfisher Cottage is very well designed and suited our needs as the living area was open planned. Recycling instructions in the kitchen area would have been helpful, although we soon discovered the bins outside.
