As a family we booked the Rookery and other houses at the Dinney for extra family to attend a wedding at Davenport House. The Rookery was a fabulous house with so much space to accommodate guests. The standard of accommodation was excellent and the individual bathrooms for each room perfect. I would definitely recommend it as a lovely base to explore the beautiful countryside around.
We stayed at Cart Cottage to celebrate a family birthday. The Cottage had everything we needed and the boys loved the football field! Beautiful cottage, outstanding location, thankyou for everything! This is the second time we have stayed at The Dinney, and certainly won’t be the last - don’t tell everyone about it though as we want to secure future bookings ! Thankyou for a wonderful stay with great hosts x
Fabulous location, comfortable, well equipped property. Perfect for multigenerational dog owning family, with a large secure garden and scenic footpaths from the door. Plenty of car parking. Spacious bedrooms all with modern en suite bathrooms. Only drawback was the squeaky floorboards upstairs. Memorable week, would highly recommend.
I have stayed at The Dinney many times now but this was my first time in Drake Cottage and I loved it . It’s a fantastic location and although it was too hot this time to do very much, it’s just lovely to relax and look at the super views.
Lovely cottage. Would prefer a dishwasher to washing machine. Proximity to other guests, particularly when outdoors did cause concern over noise/smoking. Kitchen table a tight squeeze. Furnishings and equipment excellent and very comfortable.
