We have stayed at both Atlantic View and the Atlantic View Coach House and always had the most wonderful holiday enjoying the very comfortable accommodation, with beautiful shower and bathrooms, lots of hot water, excellent kitchen facilities and of course the truly stunning views over Polzeath and beyond from sunrise to sunset. Look no further if you want to soak up the view over the beach, up to Pentire and down the Camel Estuary, while being moments from the waves.

It would be very hard to beat this amazing house for any large group wanting to spend time together in a wonderful setting with all home comforts, the ocean at the window, coastal walking each direction. Everyone happy.

Great property great location views are fabulous x love this holiday home x it’s like home from home as we came originally in 2006 and have been every year since 2016 other than Covid years x would highly recommend x bit pricey but all properties on the cliff road are

Best house I have ever rented in Polzeath. Overlooks the beach and the surf. 2 minute walk to be in the water.
The house is clean and comfortable with great facilities.
Nothing to criticise at all.

We have had another fabulous stay in this 5 Star rated comfortable home, which is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The view from the huge patio window is the wow factor for us and we have enjoyed watching Sunset’s, Moons, Rainbow's and various beach activities from our reclining chairs.
I would highly recommend this accommodation as the venue caters well for large groups or families. They have thought of everything.

Atlantic View offers everything you could want either for a family beach holiday or a couples / friends get-away year round.
Really stunning beach front views, seconds from the surf, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms (lots of hot water) superbly equipped kitchen with both Aga and conventional oven, sociable sitting spaces on two floors. There is a big log stove for winter storm watching stays too.
A few minutes walk down the coast path to Polzeath itself or walk straight out onto the coast walk around Pentire Head.
Thoroughly recommended, we’ve already rebooked.

Atlantic View is quite simply the best place to stay in Polzeath/New Polzeath. The location speaks for itself (stunning views whatever the weather and right by the steps to the beach) and every detail has been thought of in the house. It is perfect for family or friend get togethers, without everyone being on top of each other or having to share rooms. Sarah and her team couldn't be more helpful if you need anything and it is so nice that you can immediately secure the same week the following year. Absolute bliss!

The house is home from home and in a convenient location for walks, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The views are amazing being situated right on the front and in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The house itself is clean, tidy and comfortable the only thing that needed adjusting was the Aga because it was on the lowest setting and the house was slightly chilly. I think most of us would have been happy with a blanket if they were provided. The problem was resolved immediately by the Care Taker the next morning and all guests were content.
We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this property and would recommend it to anyone.

I have now had my 15th annual stay at Atlantic View, together with a group of friends.
The house is in a wonderful position with stunning sea views and in easy reach of the coastal walks and beautiful coastal scenery. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and watch the surfers on Polzeath beach or to enjoy a sundowner while watching the amazing sunsets.
It is spacious, very well furnished and equipped with everything one could possibly need.
I am already looking forward to my visit next year.

Atlantic View is a comfortable, well-equipped and well maintained house in an excellent location
The views are stunning and there is no better place to be than watching the sunset from the terrace.
It is also conveniently placed for easy access to the beach and the shops and cafes/bars in Polzeath.
