We've been three times now so it speaks for itself. Liz is a great host and has produced a wonderful holiday home which is fully equipped and offers a beautiful location . The Village has a Budgens store, a great Pub , and for a more elite meal The Sundial Restaurant....all within a 5 minute walk. The south coast is easily accessible ...about 1/2 hr drive to Hastings or Bexhill, plus Eastbourne and the South Downs very close. We have experienced many Holiday Lets and we have to say that this is the best we've stayed at.
