Excellent accomodation near Yorkshire Wolds Way. We love the farm animals that our granddaughter feeds. Perfect position for visiting Beverley, York and Whitby. The cottages also coped well with the recent heatwaves having thick walls and a flow of air through. We’ll be back next year.

Extremely good experience, everything exactly as expected, and already booked another visit. No question a very highly recommend. Tried a nearby hotel last time in the area, but certainly much preferred the cottage.
We had a really good experience here. Accommodation was clean fresh and well looked after. Nice touches like scones and fresh flowers on arrival. Location was peaceful and the goats, donkeys and chickens were great to watch. Thank you for having us.

We stayed as a family of 3 and brought our 2 dogs as well. Rolling Mill was very inviting with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the shower was large with great water pressure. The scones, jam, milk, tea and coffee were a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our walks around the farm, meeting the animals and exploring the tracks. We were fortunate to see a deer and a barn owl. Loved the setting and all the animals We would definitely come a gain Beds very comfortable and bedding smelt clean and fresh. Loved the hand wash and other products in the bathrooms Kitchen well a quipped Hot tub a bonus but due to the weather only managed once in it. Just fabulous x
