I have stayed here several times because it is so comfortable, relaxing and everybody is so helpful and kind.
Excellent accomodation near Yorkshire Wolds Way. We love the farm animals that our granddaughter feeds. Perfect position for visiting Beverley, York and Whitby. The cottages also coped well with the recent heatwaves having thick walls and a flow of air through. We’ll be back next year.
Extremely good experience, everything exactly as expected, and already booked another visit. No question a very highly recommend. Tried a nearby hotel last time in the area, but certainly much preferred the cottage.
This was our 4th new year stay and another 2 booked, lovely family, always there if any assistance is required, the cottages are all very well equipped and spacious and everything you need, lovely setting out of the way and on working farm, plenty of animals to take a stroll by and see Donkeys goats horses chickens Another perfect stay

We stayed as a family of 3 and brought our 2 dogs as well. Rolling Mill was very inviting with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the shower was large with great water pressure. The scones, jam, milk, tea and coffee were a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our walks around the farm, meeting the animals and exploring the tracks. We were fortunate to see a deer and a barn owl. We stayed at the cottages for a long break over our wedding weekend. We booked out the entire site and had a wonderful weekend. The cottages are absolutely fabulous, incredibly well kept and amazingly converted. Being a working farm made it all the more entertaining for the children and adults, with the Guinea Fowl especially providing regular entertainment. Despite being a working farm, the cottages are well insulated from external noise (although being in the countryside helps too!), as well as, noise between the cottages.
