My wife and I have recently returned from a week staying at the Bull Pen and Cart Lodge at Beechcroft Cottages. This is a lovely rural escape, set in a former farmyard, really quiet yet not far from so many gardens, castles and places of interest. The cottage was really spacious and fully equipped for all requirements. The company website was so useful with details of places of interest to visit and suggestions for local pubs and restaurants if required. We would be more than happy to return if we decide to stay in the area again and would recommend the property to everyone.
Just spent Easter at The Oast House. Yet again we had a relaxing stay. Set in peaceful countryside. We keep coming back!
It was so quiet, and set in beautiful countryside. we slept so well. The bed was really comfortable. The facilities were great, and the wildlife was wonderful. There were lots of birds to see, rabbits, and cattle nearby. The only thing I'd like to say, is that a fuller list of facilities would have been good. I didn't know there was a hairdryer in the property, so I brought one, and we didn't know there was a dishwasher or washing machine..
