Absolutely lovely place.Will be booking again.We stayed on sofa bed one night,weather so hot,thought we be cooler.So uncomfortable .Then we went in main bedroom,best nights sleep! We could have done with a fan in the heat we had that week. Stay away from Wetherspoons,absolutely disgusting.Loads of other cheap n cheerful eating places .

Enjoyed the freedom of being able to eat our own food. Everything you needed in a small kitchen. Bed was comfortable, I took my own pillow. Bathroom very small quite dated but everything in working order. Lounge with t.v. and you could lend D.V.Ds from a chest downstairs. There are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment so not for anyone who struggles with stairs as where they turn they are narrow. You need to be fit. Friendly helpful hosts. Ideal location for the beach. Parking space in front of hotel. Recommend the walk to Broadstairs.
Had a lovely stay at this 1 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Bed was very comfortable, enjoyed watching the sea from the bed in the morning. Great to have onsite free parking. James gave a guided tour of the apartment which was very helpful and showing me some walks in the local and surrounding areas (including where to find free parking) The little touches were lovely especially the Christmas tree and delicious home made chocolates. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
