A well located property. It couldn't be much better in terms of proximity to the beaches and also costal walking.
Nicely proportioned house with good parking, nice size bedrooms and good bathrooms (including one with a bath). A kitchen with everything you need and a garden that was dog proof for a jack russell (this is rare).
Some good little touches including the games cupboard, a map of the area, an up to date and useful holiday guide for ideas, easy to control central heating, plenty of hot water and lots of coat hangers/hanging space.
We would highly recommend.

The cottage was very close to the beach in a lovely quiet street. Was mostly very clean although there were one or two areas needed work. The cottage was spacious and well laid out only thing it could do with was more seating in the living room. We also could've done with a mop for the floor as the shower outside was brilliant and warm it drained onto the grass and mud got carried in on feet and paws (we went and bought one). The garden was such a safe place for the dogs. All in all we had an amazing time and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay but there could be a few additions that would have made it better.
Additional seating in the living room( not enough for 8 guests),
Vanity mirrors and chairs in each bedroom,
Two large bath sheets in each bedroom instead of one and a large hand towel.
Also the photos of the sea view are a little misleading.
The bedroom with bunk beds is really no more than a box room with small beds squashed in, but it did the job.
The view from the downstairs lounge isn't great as you are looking straight out onto an orange container.
Having said all of the above, we would go back there as the location is good (although not really a sea view), the house is lovely and being able to take the dogs was a bonus.




This property has fast become our favourite place to stay!

Another fabulous stay at 2 Headland Place. Took the kids for a weekend adventuring during half term. Everything from the paddleboarding on the beach, the coastal path walks, cliff top sunsets, dolphin watching, best fish and chips ever, The Boy Ashore and the ice cream make this the perfect destination for a short break. The house is perfectly positioned and couldn't be any closer to the beach and all of the above. Decor is beachy and fresh, spacious bathrooms, delicious welcome box is a real treat, and great gas bbq in the garden too. Thank you!

We had a fab time in this property, great open social space and rooms for 2 families sharing! Easy walk to the beach and into the village, and lovely to walk across to Tresaith!
