Our second visit, first time in Redlake cottage, what a treat. We wanted a little winter break with our 2.5 year old and it was great.
As expected the weather was awful but it didn't matter as the cottage was cosy and spacious and made a lovely change of scenery. The location is perfect as its less than an hour to Plymouth/ Dartmouth/Teignmouth /Torquay so there is plenty to do indoors like the aquarium and model village.

Our visit to Redlake Cottage at Compton Pool was part of a Christmas get together for our family - who had been unable to holiday together for three long years. What a lovely choice it was. The facilities for children, parents and grandparents were ideal. Debbie and Paul were very friendly and attentive to extra needs of a family group. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and the cottages warm and welcoming during a rather rainy Christmas week. Indoor facilities meant that there was plenty for the young people to do within the Compton Pool site or they could enjoy fast and reliable broadband within the cottages. The staff at changeover days were helpful and obliging. Little touches like fresh herbs in some of the cottage gardens - such touches made for a very happy holiday.

What did you enjoy most about Compton Pool?
Being able to relax, trusting that everyone was enjoying their stay, inside or outside of our three different cottages.

We didn't locate the flannels!!

We felt at ease as soon as we drove up rhe drive and then entered our lovely cottage. It felt so welcoming with a friendly feel throughout
Debbie and Paul have thought of everything to ensure their clients enjoy a superb stay in the relaxed and cosy environment.
We received a lovely home-made cake on a teatray set up on the table as soon as we entered our cottage. Debbie's communication skills and friendly attitude helped to make our holiday such a memorable holiday break. We will definitely go back again and tell our friends how much we would recommend a visit there.

Debbie had enabled us to feel at home in a relaxing and happy way.
