Refurbished in July 2023 and sleeping up to six persons, Newlyn is a three bedroom, three bathroom Cornish stone cottage set over two floors. Newlyn has 3 bedrooms which can be made as either superkings or twins or a combination of each plus there are two ensuite bedrooms and a family bathroom. Newlyn has a south facing courtyard patio area.

Beautifully renovated buildings, impeccably clean. Games room enjoyed by kids & adults alike. Pool, sauna & hot tubs were fabulous. The welcome treats of cake, biscuits, teas, coffees etc were very gratefully received after a long journey.

Really lovely cottage, clearly newly decorated and upgraded. There was a fabulous welcome hamper when we arrived. The kitchen was really well equipped with cloths, tea towels and cleaning products. Whenever we bumped into staff they were polite and helpful. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tresooth Cottages. Our cottage has recently been renovated and was spacious and clean. We can't fault the customer service, we requested a travel cot and a high chair for our 11 month old and when we arrived, everything was set up. They even provided a stair gate and had a child lock on the under sink cupboard, which was much appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring Cornwall and Falmouth beach is just a 10 min drive away. We'd love to return some time soon!!
