Lovely accommodation clean and tidy Location was good Customer service was good would recommend for a stay
We had a great stay at Sea Kisses with our dog. It was a comfortable home from home in a great central location. We enjoyed some excellent walks including to Christchurch, Barton on Sea. Hengistbury Head (via ferry) and Stanpit Marsh Nature Reserve. For dog owners, you have a secure walking area at the end of Kestrel Drive which is free to use, but subject to maximum 20 minutes if busy - no booking required. Garden furniture was comfortable to make the most of the great weather we had, when not out exploring. We would recommend staying at Sea Kisses and would happily stay there again.
This is the second time we have rented the house and it was as good and as lovely as 2 years ago. The house was warm and comfortable. Lovely bedding and towels etc really well equipped for entertaining large family or groups. It is beautifully located just a few minutes walk from the sea front and all of its facilities. Despite it being January we had brilliant sunshine in-between the showers and we got out in the fresh air. The house was warm and welcoming and it was easy to get the wet clothes dried off. We loved our stay at the Beach House. Beautiful well-appointed, well-designed house with stunning views over the estuary – perfect for watching the sailing with a cuppa. Our family really enjoyed paddle boarding over to Mudeford Spit, swimming in the sea and admiring the beach huts. Crabbing at the Quay was also a hit as well as walking round to Avon Beach for an icecream. Plenty to do within walking distance. The week flew by, we really did love every minute and hope we can go back some time.
This is a comfortable, well equipped flat, clear instructions given. Location not as accessible to waterside as we hoped but did not prevent our enjoyment of the flat and holiday.
The property was exceptionally well located to access the coastal splendors and well furnished to accommodate a family home away from home. From warming fireplace to short walks to the beautiful Mudeford Quay, this is an ideal spot for anyone to relax.
We had a great stay and would definitely come again. The property generally exceeded our expectations. en-suite shower room was rather tight. Shame that the hammock was broken.
