This was our 3rd visit and suffice to say it didn't disappoint. The Dandelion cottage is the most wonderful, serine, dog friendly cottage one could hope to stay at. The host Kathreen's attention to detail is excellent. The garden and surrounds are an abundance of beautiful shrubs and flowers. Apple and plum trees, rich with fruit are plentiful at this time of year. The cottage has an enclosed garden area. Beyond is a wonderful meadow to walk the dogs. We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend staying at Hoglet. The cottage was unbelievably clean and well equipped, perfect. From the warm friendly welcome from Kathleen and the easiness of getting to fantastic places like Ullswater it will always be a memorable trip. Thank you Hoglet and Kathleen.
