We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect - except the weather! But the house had everything we needed. We even managed to get out on the water with the Kayak included with the house. The bbq and hot tub were a lovely treat and the house had adequate outdoor seating. The house was spotless and included lovely towels, robes and toiletries. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go book again x
House was beyond the expectation impeccable within and without. Appreciated the welcome cake and Prosecco in the fridge. Our stay was delightful and wish to come back sometime soon owners always available for questions which were few. considering the excellent guide provided online.
We had an excellent stay at watersedge, the house was immaculate and fitted out with everything you could need. There was 8 of us plus one dog and we had lots of space still. Couldn’t recommend enough we hope to return!
Excellent location, lovely comfortable property. Everything we needed was there, especially the cake and Prosecco (thank you Jo and Barry). Although the weather was a bit damp (the time of year, end of November) we had a relaxing time in the property with friends and visiting local picturesque villages. For a relaxing break we can recommend a stay here.
Lovely, calming, perfect bolt hole for two or three if you have a furry friend. The Barn is very comfortable beautifully furnished with attention to detail, just rock up enjoy. Plenty of information on walks, restaurants and go to places.
We booked a 3 night breakand were very pleased with Lake House. It was very well appointed and the process from booking to arrival was easy. The lakeside location was perfect and I even caught a few fish! Overall a most enjoyable experience.
I had stayed in the area before but this was the first time I brought my elderly mother and my brother to have a long weekend. We all enjoyed the house, the rooms, the facilities, the location and the tranquility, with a lovely view of the lake with its wildlife. We ate in most meals but also visited a very nice pub (Old George's Inn) in the village for lunch. Would definitely come back again!
Beautifully appointed, well laid out house with a great deck for entertaining and relaxing on. Overlooking Spring Lake the views are stunning and a short drive to other lakes. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic property in a wonderful setting. Perfect accommodation for our group of 6 women. All en-suite bedrooms. Very well equipped with everything we needed, right down to towels and gowns for the hot tub! Great online guide book with all the information we needed. Looking forward to a return visit.
We had a great short stay at the Mallard, it’s a great location and very relaxing. Everything we needed was there and readily available, the only thing we didn’t have there was more time! We left fully energised and we will definitely be looking to come back soon.
Enjoyed a weekend family get together at this fantastic property. The setting on the lake was peaceful and private with amazing sunsets. The hot tub, bbq and kayak were additional pluses. The property location was perfect, allowing us all to do varied activities such as bird watching, paddleboarding, horse riding and fishing - something for everyone within short distance. Also, two picture perfect cotswolds villages within walking distance and we manged to fit in an evening meal at Asha at The Crown, Cerney Wick, which we highly recommend. Loved our time here and didn't want to leave.

We had a great stay at the Heron Lodge. The property had everything you could’ve asked for and was in a lovely, quiet area of the water park.
Perfect location and a safe haven to escape from the London hustle.Lovely house with all amenities you can think of. Mattresses were uncomfortable as one could feel the spring poke the body. For a luxury location such as this , this aspect needs to be looked into. Thank you for the cake and Prosecco. I would like to suggest if you could consider supporting a small business (even if it’s one medium cup cake ) and couple of local cider or ales or anything that supports the local business. We would happily book again if the mattresses are comfy !
