Great location with plenty of street parking, and public electric car charger within a few minutes walk. House a generous size for a group of people and the bedrooms over 2 floors offers a good degree of privacy. Although large the house felt warm and cosy. And nice secluded private garden area. Immaculately clean and well kitted out. Easy booking process, with good tips and communication from Premier stays. Would highly recommend.
We were return visitors and found this property to be just as good as last time. It was clean and very well prepared. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook any type of meal. The property is also well placed to allow you to explore St Andrews and the Fife coast.
Searching to find a property to stay near St Andrews, Dragonfly cottage popped up on line. A sign as dragonflies were poinyant to my reason for visiting Scotland. My grand daughter of 3 ,my daughter and I found the property warm,inviting and homely. Beautifully decorated,impeccably clean. Beds very comfortable and the property very central to lots of places we wished to visit. A real gem, thankyou for a relaxing comfortable stay. Hope to visit again one day.

On entering the house there was a definite musty, fusty odour. The lounge sofa was covered in stains which was rather off-putting. Throughout the property could have done with a paint refresh, The bathroom needed a through clean and could have done with being renewed mastic where panelling met tiles in bathroom. There was grime under the taps at the sink, grime in basin overflow and a trail of yuck descending from the bath rail and a rusted towel holder attached in the shower. A good location which can get a touch noisy at night with the pub/restaurant next door however they close at 11pm. If you are tall you must be careful on the doors! Plenty of facilities for our family stay - laundry room etc. Fife Premier stays are a super responsive letting agent so no problem with customer care.
