Ruddon Grange's high ceilings, original features and effortless grandeur provide every comfort for up to 8 guests, with a double sofa bed for additional guests.
The property is in a prime beach-side location and within walking distance of the many cafes, restaurants, shops and sports facilities in Elie village. This outstanding 4-bedroom villa has been in the same family for generations and has only recently become available as a holiday let.
This property comes with a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk ,and toiletries, which includes shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.

The grange is a spacious house with a modern kitchen that is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and again the rooms are large and airway. The house has beautiful views out over the Forth and is practically sitting on the beach. We had a wonderful weekend. Our only negative was the lack of comfortable seating in both living rooms.

We had a fabulous family holiday at Ruddon Grange.
This is a very spacious and comfortable house. It has one bedroom and bathroom downstairs which was needed for us with one of us having mobility problems. It could be improved by having a downstairs shower as only had a bath downstairs. Two large kitchen areas and a downstairs lounge and lounge upstairs with additional sofa bed so plenty of space and the most beautiful views especially from upstairs.
We spent a lot of time in the garden and on the beach , with a few swims in sea which was lovely and clear.
Would definitely recommend Ruddon Grange.

We spent a week at Ruddon Grange and it is one of the best, most comfortable and loveliest homes we've ever rented. There's space for solitude and space for gathering. The beds are comfortable, the entire house spotless, the location and views breathtaking. We look forward to coming back and bravo Premier Stays Fife for the excellent customer service.
